Steam Sweepers does a fabulous job for the Leopold. Art and his crew are quick to respond when we call and always make time for our sometimes-quick turnarounds. They work under difficult conditions, having to haul their equipment up back stairways, through long hallways, and into apartments in a 9-story building. I discovered Art and his team a few years back when I was selling my townhouse. It had white Berber rugs in the bedrooms with sixteen years use. White may be a kindly term. Steam Sweeper cleaned them before the listing began, and after the home sold, as a welcome to the appreciated new buyer.
Art's posse has since renewed an aging rust colored wall-to-wall shag (Austin Powers era?), a wonderful year old beige berber, and now, a very old gorgeous Pakistani silk and wool hand-woven runner. He even taught me how to reknot the fringes.
