I used to have to take my rugs near the Ballard Bridge to get them dry-cleaned, which is a long way from Anacortes. Steam Sweepers are very fast and efficient for them to be picking the items up and bringing them back. This is our second time using them and the service was good, and the rug is nice and clean. I am happy they are here in the area, so I don't have to go so far away. It was nice to pay them $25.00 for them to pick up. It was worth it for them to have a reasonable fee to pick it up and bring it back.

We have 4 beautiful Karastan rugs that are 40 years old that were cleaned and returned yesterday and are like new again. Very pleased with the service. Highly recommend

I heard good things about Steam Sweepers LLC from my neighbors, so I asked them to come out and clean my carpets for me. They were very nice people, and very knowledgeable about what they were doing! I also found them to be friendly and helpful people!

I took four or five Oriental rugs to Steam Sweepers LLC. They were very pleasant guys, and they told me in advance what to expect - what spots might not come up, for example. They were professional and knowledgeable, and they did a very thorough job for me!

My first experience with Steam Sweepers LLC., has really been a good one. They picked up my rug, which was at a relative's house 30 miles from me. They took it to their shop and cleaned it and then delivered it to my house. The delivery man carried it into the house and placed it in the area that I wanted. He did not unroll it, as I wanted to do that myself. He was very nice and friendly. The rug turned out wonderful! I am so happy with this experience that I would use them again.

This is my second time using Steam Sweepers LLC. I have this really unusual Persian rug that has a cream-colored background with aqua's and blues. During the pandemic, we spent so much time in the house, and I was going through carrying a bottle of grape juice and happened to drop it exactly on the cream-colored area of the rug. Steam Sweepers saved the day for me and saved my rug. He really did a nice job of removing the grape juice! I will use them again.
