They excel in customer service, always listening to our concerns for a specific rug and then rising to the challenge of meeting our goals! We have used them for at least 10 years and would never consider contacting any other company.

An excellent job of cleaning Navajo rugs. They did a superb job of cleaning two very dirty Navajo rugs, then sent them back to me via UPS. This was a special favor since I live on one of the San Juan Islands and did not want to go back to the mainland to pick them up because of the Covid19 pandemic.

There’s a great deal of personalized attention based on an in-depth knowledge of rugs.. This is my second time doing business with Art and his team. Art made it convenient to deliver the rugs and had them cleaned by the promised date. His prices are reasonable and are representative of the high-quality service provided.

knowledgeable and always wanting to meet our needs and schedule! take our rugs to them ...with a ferry ride, 3 hrs one-way...and so worth it! The best we have ever used...and that's over 50-yr period

Great Service I took my oriental rug to be cleaned, they explained totally what they would be doing to my rug which hadn't been cleaned since I bought it 8 years ago. They gave me a time that it would be ready for pick up and since I live on an Island, picking it up at a planned time was important too. When I called, the rug was ready when they had said it would be. When I picked it up they explained in detail what had been done, how I should take it home since it had to be wrapped in plastic for the trip back to the Island and what I should do when I got there, by taking it out of the plastic. They also made a hole/vent in the plastic so that it would not get moisture inside of the bag. The rug looks brand new and I would recommend Steam Sweepers to anyone.

Everything They Did Was Cool I really like the people at Steam Sweepers and I would totally go back. I thought that they were just super personable and very friendly. They always answered the phone and would call back. They were very receptive to questions and I was very pleased with the carpet when I got it back. It was very soft and so completely different from when I gave it to them to clean. I am really pleased with them. I had them do an indoor carpet, a Persian wool carpet. They gave us directions and were super, super nice which is important to me because customer service is not very important these days. I've already referred them to other people.
