I used to teach in a preschool program and Steam Sweepers LLC cleaned my rugs every year. Now I have my own program so naturally, I thought of them. They pick up, clean, and return the classroom rug in perfect condition. It always looks brand-new. I'm talking about a classroom preschool rug that gets gross. I've been using them for years. Right now I'm dealing with a lot of construction and a lot of contractors, and Steam Sweepers LLC are the least stressful experience I've had.

Steam Sweepers LLC cleaned and repaired three Persian rugs for me. They were recommended to me by my regular carpet cleaning company. When I called, the owner of the company was here within an hour and a half. I was impressed with their quick response. The rugs had been in storage for quite a while, and subject to wide variations in temperature. When he came out, he spent a good hour just studying each rug, to see what needed to be done. He told me that we first needed to clean the rugs, and then assess what needed to be done, and an estimate of the cost done. So that is how we proceeded. He was very nice, and I did not feel pressured to do anything. Once the rugs were clean, he had his rug mending person go over them, and he prepared an estimate of what each would cost to repair. I agreed to the work, and within a week, the rugs were back and they looked beautiful! I was very impressed and pleased with the owner's knowledge and professionalism. He showed me what had been done to each rug. He made sure that I understood what had been done, and he explained things in laymen's terms. And, he left the decisions to me!

They Went Above & Beyond! This was my first experience in using Steam Sweepers LLC, and I felt they went out of their way to help me. They went above and beyond to answer any questions I had, and they did an excellent job. This was my first time using Steam Sweepers, and I would use them again.

Stains Be-Gone! The thing that I really liked about Steam Sweepers was that the carpet technician was very upfront and informative about any stains on the carpet. He let me know ahead of the cleaning that there was a chance that he would not be able to get the out. He got them out, every one of the stains, he was able to remove! The carpet turned out wonderful, with that, I would not hesitate to use them again!

I have two beautiful persian rugs which were significantly soiled as a result of long term use and presence of a new puppy who relieved herself on them. Steamsweepers explained the process of cleaning and warned me that the color could run due to chemicals which had to be used for urine removal. Ultimately the rugs were cleaned and the finished product was wonderful (rugs looked like they did when I first received them). I strongly recommend this company for all rug cleaning needs!

We have a household of people who are sensitive to smell, Steam Sweepers used a wonderful citrus essential oil instead of the soapy smell. It was a great change. They also got a huge stain out that other professional cleaners told us was set and wouldn't come out. We are very pleased with this service. I would highly recommend to anyone.
