Reviews for Steam Sweepers Rug Cleaning

Steam Sweepers did an excellent job cleaning 3 area rugs. Extremely satisfied with the results and with the friendly professional service. Highly recommend!!

I really appreciated the care these folks took with our rug collection. They were also able to wrap them up in tyvek for a cross country move! We will miss them.

They were able to work miracles on a hide rug that I cherish. Although, it couldn't be submerged in water, they went above and beyond to meticulously spot clean it to near perfection. Great service and clear communication was appreciated.

We have a large contemporary wool rug. Light on color and had many coffee spills. Bryan and his team are amazing! Kind, very knowledgeable, excellent communication and customer service. We will bring all our carpets here! I thought customer service was extinct, it is not!!!

I have really appreciated Steam Sweeper and the excellent service they have provided. Whether with a slightly damaged wool rug from Turkey, which they had repaired, cleaned, and moth-proofed, to handwoven wool rugs from Romania, everything has been well cared for and beautifully cleaned. Recommend Brian and his team most highly!

We are so pleased with Steam Sweepers! They have cared for our hand knotted Persian and Wool rugs for 10 years now! We will miss their services when we relocate to California

I’ve been going to Steam Sweepers for many years to have my rugs cleaned. I trust them with my handwoven rugs. Everyone there has been extremely nice, helpful, and professional. Highly recommend!

I brought in two wool rugs with substantial staining. They came back beautiful with no signs of damage. Great people to work with and excellent customer service.

Excellent service, reasonably priced! I would certainly use Steam Sweepers again.
Services: Carpet steam cleaning, Pet stain & odor removal

My mother's hand knotted antique carpets had gotten moths, and Bryan did an extremely kind and sensitive job of helping me figure out which ones could be kept. He was so patient while I worked through some feelings. (Mom is deceased.) The rugs he cleaned came out beautifully, and will be safe from moths in the future. They will not put my own carpets and wool clothing at risk either. We are repeat customers. We are so lucky in Bellingham to have them here!

Coffee with cream on my beautiful wool area rug. Tried to remove it multiple times only to cause more damage. Dropped my rug off, Bryan explained the process and shared that my attempts to remove the stain may have damaged the backing.

I am very happy with the job that you did with my chinese rug.

Steam Sweepers went out of their way to clean and restore the original shape of our carpet! They excel in customer service, always listening to our concerns for a specific rug and then rising to the challenge of meeting our goals! We have used them for at least 10 years and would never consider contacting any other company.

Good work and professional staff

I'm very pleased with the results of the washing of our 40-year-old wool area rug. I plan to bring our others for cleaning, too.

Firstly, my rug came back looking fantastic. Second, the service was great. They clearly told me what to expect, timing, and building a service proposal for my rug and situation. Lastly, they provided expert advice on long term rug care, how to identify key features, and answers to all of my other questions. If you care about your rug and want a quality service, go to Steam Sweepers. Local small business that I plan on going back to in the future.

Excellent service, reasonably priced! I would certainly use Steam Sweepers again.

Brian was very helpful in the process of cleaning my rug. Understood what I wanted and made it happen.

Thanks Brian

Bryan was great to work with!

Super friendly! Good prices.

My find my 5x8 area rug came out beautifully. It is a wool 15 year old rug, so I was not sure how it would look but it looks like new.

Great, caring customer service and a beautifully cleaned rug. So thankful to have heard about you

These wonderful folks have been cleaning our rugs for years. We have no complaints, only high praise.
