I cannot say enough kind words about the excellent customer service that I received from Brian and his team! Our 9x12 wool rug was soaking wet and smelled awful after our washing machine hose detached and flooded our daylight basement.
Upon returning, It looks and smells as good as new and they did it in several days, not weeks!
I highly recommend Steam Sweepers. They also offer pickup and delivery for that extra white glove convenience! -
