I had a 75-year-old, hand-knotted Kazakhstan rug that I needed to get cleaned. I shopped around, and I decided to use Steam Sweepers LLC. They had door-to-door service, and confidence in taking good care of my rug. They were a family-owned business, and I really appreciated how they returned my phone calls. The results were beyond my wildest dreams! They did a fabulous job, and my rug looked gorgeous! They did everything they said that they would do, and more! I was so pleased, and I would give them 100 Stars if that was possible! They made the rug look brand new! I will not be taking my rugs to anybody but them, and they have made me a customer for life!

Excellent Work Steam Sweepers LLC is pleasant, professional, and competent. I used them twice now to clean an old rug of mine, and I found them to be helpful, informative, and careful. They do their work in a timely manner, they are reasonably priced, and they always do an excellent job. I would absolutely use their services again. I like the work they do.

competent, pleasant, professional We are delighted with our cleaned and repaired rug. The work was done in a timely manner, and the weaver did a beautiful repair job. The rug colors are bright, and the weight of the dirt is gone. My contact was charming and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Professional, Detail-oriented, and Thorough. Steam Sweepers is a very thorough cleaning service. They cleaned two rooms, a hallway and my stairs. Adam did the cleaning. He waked through the areas that required cleaning, and went through the notes the owner and I had made the day before. I was very pleased with his results. I had worked with a cleaning company in the past, and had to call them back to retouch some areas. That was not the case with Steam Sweepers, they did the job right the first time. They are slightly pricier than some other carpet cleaning services out here, but worth the cost. I would recommend them.

Absolutely fabulous company. I called and they talked me through their process for cleaning an antique Persian carpet. They do offer pick up and drop off but I drove my rug into their location in Bellingham. They were wonderful. Never pushed additional services, but did tell me what they thought would be best for our rug. Their prices are reasonable and they do an amazing job!! Our bedraggled old Persian looks fantastic and almost new again :) We will be bringing our other rugs here in the future also.
