Mishap with a full cup of coffee on our silk rug led to online research for local rug-cleaning companies. From the very first phone call, to scheduled pick up, honest assessment of spot removal to the return of the rug, the service was above and beyond! Not only nice, caring folks, but they know their business and cleaned the rug perfectly. The price of cleaning may appear steep to some, but in comparison to the cost of the rug and being totally destroyed by the coffee, the price of service was fair. Would highly recommend them.
