Carl is a much-appreciated, returning customer! This time around Carl brought us one of the hand knotted wool rugs from his collection that had faced a couple pet accidents. Our guaranteed odor removal eliminated the worry of lingering odors that pet accidents can potentially cause. Carl's rug washed up great, he was so happy with the results that he brought as another rug to wash in the same week!
