Tracy is a returning customer! Most recently, Tracy brought in a beautiful Indo Bidjar Rug. These rugs are hand-knotted in India and as you can see from the picture, add a lot of color to a home. Our cold water immersion washing process is the only way to properly wash these rugs with the care and attention that they need. Tracy is a pet owner as every pet owner knows, pet accidents can happen. Thankfully our guaranteed odor removing process, sent Tracy home without the worry of lingering odors!
