Steve was a first time customer, that brought in a braided rug for washing. Light colored rugs, like Steve's really show off the power of cold-water immersion washing. Unlike surface cleaning carpet cleaners, our methods actually get deep into the wool fibers of a rug. The light colors in Steve's rug had really brightened up by the time he came to pick up. We are happy to say that we have another satisfied customer!
