Paul is a long time, returning customer! Most recently, Paul brought in a hand-knotted, Indian Rug for cleaning. Our cold water immersion washing process is the only proper method for cleaning a fine, hand-knotted rug like Paul's. Traditional carpet and steam cleaning tools are not able to get into the deep fibers of a rug and will often leave dirt and dust embedded in the rug. Our deep-cleaning process allows Paul to bring his rug home without any worries of trapped dirt and dust!
