Polly was a first-time customer who found us through our local ad in the Anacortes Clam Digger. After seeing our positive reviews online, Polly decided to give us a call to schedule a pickup! We go down to Anacortes weekly, making it easy to find a time that worked for Polly's schedule. Polly had a couple hand-knotted wool rugs that we were able to dust, wash, properly dry, and deliver back to her within our promised 1-2 week turnaround time! Polly was very happy with her rugs at delivery and we hope to be working with her again.
