Jacob was a first time customer! Jacob recently brought in a Chinese wool rug that had belonged to his mother. Our delicate treatment of cherished rugs like Jacob's is one of the reasons we have so many returning and happy customers. We hand washed the Chinese rug using our cold water immersion process, before properly drying and returning the rug to Jacob. He was delighted to see his rug looking like new!

We service our hometown of Bellingham & Mount Vernon, all cities and townships in Whatcom, Skagit, and Island Counties. We meet our customers from San Jaun Islands in Anacortes.
