Henry was a first time customer that recently inherited a beautiful antique wool rug. This hand knotted wool rug was well-loved and in need of a wash. After giving us a call and learning of our specialized immersion washing process, Henry knew we were the ones for the job. Our washing methods are gentle on antique rugs like Henry's but still provide a deep clean that cannot be achieved any other way. Henry was thrilled by the results!
