Returning customer, Clara, recently scheduled a pick up for her wool rug. Clara's rug had been the unfortunate target of her dog's accidents and was in desperate need of washing. On top of our thorough washing process, we also performed our guaranteed odor removal treatment on Clara's rug, eliminating all pet odors. We were able to return Clara's rug to her with no lingering pet stains or odors!
