Catey was a first time customer that recently brought us her hand knotted silk rug for washing. Unlike many alternative cleaning methods, our cold water immersion washing process is gentle on delicate fibers, like silk. Catey was able to trust that her rug would be taken great care of by our team and we are happy to say we delivered! A regular wash schedule is crucial for fine silk rugs, like Catey's, to maintain their soft touch and vibrant shine.
