Like our rug washing technician, Michael, we all admire this beautiful antique Chinese rug. Paula recently brought her hand knotted rug into our shop for washing, we had the privilege of hearing a bit about the rug's history in Paula's family. We love our story rugs and antique rugs, like Paula's, often have a lot of story behind them. To continue the story, antique rugs require extra delicate care when washing. Our cold-water washing process is the best (we would even say the only) method that will provide a fully immersive clean without harsh scrubbing/treatment.
