Flip through the photos for another glimpse at our rug washing process! Carla recently brought us a lovely Persian area rug in need of cleaning. Captured in the photos are a few of the important steps in our immersive washing process. In the first photo, our rug washing technician, Michael, is applying our cleaning solution to Carla's rug in our wash pond. This solution is specifically formulated to remove dirt, grime, and odors from natural fibers, like wool and silk. Once the rug has been hand washed in cleaning solution, we drain the wash pond to complete our fresh water rinse, this step is captured in the second photo. After the rug is washed and properly rinsed, we hand brush the fibers in preparation for drying, Michael is completing this step in the third picture. We always make sure that rugs are fully and properly dry before returning them to customers. This is done by hanging them on our large drying racks at our wash facility. The results of our labor-intensive wash process are unmatched, Carla was very happy when she picked up her now clean, dry, and soft rug!
