Honest friendly and Reliable. We have 2 young dogs and expensive rugs )bad combination). Our cream colored rugs were stained and stunk of urine. Steamers got them looking like new and removed all the odor. Highly recommend.

They did a great job. They picked up my rugs, cleaned them professionally and notified me when they were ready. They returned the rugs, reinstalled them, replaced the furniture and were timely, honest and professional. Loved what they did, they even repaired my Bocarra rug. I will use them again as I have other rugs that need cleaning. Terrific job.

I took an area rug to Steam Sweepers, concerned that an over zealous cleaning spot might require reweaving. It did not. It came out fabulous and so beautiful ! Thank you for making my rug beautiful again!

Steam Sweepers was knowledgeable and professional in the cleaning of two oriental runners. One, bought 2nd hand in Turkey, they were able to identify as from Afghanistan. I will use them again for other orientals. The above was last year's post which didn't post (my error)...I'm updating for this year's good experience with 3 old and fragile oriental rugs, which Bryan pointed out had been "stabilized" on the edges with a simple stitch, even I could do. He, again, took time to look up information on the rugs' origins. This year's price included use of helpful "return customer coupons".

What an amazing company. I have a Persian rug that had been severely impacted by both my cat and dog. It was almost unrecognizable when it came back to me. What a difference ! In addition, everybody that I dealt with was professional and warm and helpful. I highly recommend this company if you have a rug that needs to be cleaned.
