Reviews for Steam Sweepers Rug Cleaning

Bryan did an absolutely fabulous job on our family inherited Persian rug. This was stained with urine and also contained mystery-spots (maybe diy slime?). The rug was clean and completely odorless when complete, and at a fair price for the labor. Highly recommend!

I’m so happy I found Bellingham Oriental Rug Cleaning! They are so great to work with - They treated me and my hundred year-old rug with respect and care, and accommodated my drop-off and pick-up schedules. Mike is experienced in specialty rugs. He respects their history and the skill that went into making them, takes pride in his work restoring their beauty, and generously shares tips on how to care for them. I would not trust my rugs or carpets with anyone else. Thank you Mike! 😊

Twice, not once (because I didn't learn my lesson the 1st time) Steam Sweepers saved me from having to replace my wool rugs! They are miracle workers! I highly recommend this company! Michael is extremely knowledgeable and really took his time to try to educate me about what to do/not do the next time I attempt my own spot cleaning...but the next time I will head directly to Steam Sweepers!

I am thrilled to have found Bryan. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Prices are surely reasonable and my rug and wall hanging were ready on time. Thanks. More

I love these people. They do great work. Very helpful.

Bryan was such a pleasant person to work with! Our carpet was very dirty and upon return I barely recognized it. It was bright and soft and looked basically brand new! This carpet has been in constant use for well over 20 years! is over 20 years old! Thank you for the wonderful service you provided!!

Mishap with a full cup of coffee on our silk rug led to online research for local rug-cleaning companies. From the very first phone call, to scheduled pick up, honest assessment of spot removal to the return of the rug, the service was above and beyond! Not only nice, caring folks, but they know their business and cleaned the rug perfectly. The price of cleaning may appear steep to some, but in comparison to the cost of the rug and being totally destroyed by the coffee, the price of service was fair. Would highly recommend them.

I wouldn't have anyone else care for my wool rugs. I have been a customer for years and have always had excellent service!!

Honest friendly and Reliable. We have 2 young dogs and expensive rugs )bad combination). Our cream colored rugs were stained and stunk of urine. Steamers got them looking like new and removed all the odor. Highly recommend.

They did a great job. They picked up my rugs, cleaned them professionally and notified me when they were ready. They returned the rugs, reinstalled them, replaced the furniture and were timely, honest and professional. Loved what they did, they even repaired my Bocarra rug. I will use them again as I have other rugs that need cleaning. Terrific job.

The cleaning of my Peshawar area rug was done well. I received kind, courteous and knowledgeable service. I would recommend this business.

My rugs look great, stains are out. Good service. I was so pleased with how my two rugs both look!

Great service and pricing.

Excellent service. Picked up and returned a large silk/wool rug that had not been professionally cleaned in several years. Looks brand new so very satisfied. Plus the price was very reasonable especially with pick up and return service. Always recommend Steam Sweepers for any rug cleaning needs.

Bryan was super, took care of our large, dirty, mess of a carpet and brought it back to life superbly! I highly recommend them for area rugs - they know what they're doing!!!

excellent service, you can tell they really care about cleaning and repairing rugs. I took a rug in that had been damaged by moths and they understood how important this rug was to me and why

Love this place Good job friendly and informative. Highly recommend

I took an area rug to Steam Sweepers, concerned that an over zealous cleaning spot might require reweaving. It did not. It came out fabulous and so beautiful ! Thank you for making my rug beautiful again!

Steam Sweepers was knowledgeable and professional in the cleaning of two oriental runners. One, bought 2nd hand in Turkey, they were able to identify as from Afghanistan. I will use them again for other orientals.
The above was last year's post which didn't post (my error)...I'm updating for this year's good experience with 3 old and fragile oriental rugs, which Bryan pointed out had been "stabilized" on the edges with a simple stitch, even I could do. He, again, took time to look up information on the rugs' origins.
This year's price included use of helpful "return customer coupons".

Great rug cleaning service. Handy and pretty quick. Personel is very nice and helpful.
