SS in Bellingham! I came in to see about getting a rug repaired and while they did not end up repairing my rug, the gentleman gave me so many helpful tips. I figured it was a long shot but he did not rush out me and was happy to chat about rugs and problem solving with me. It was very delightful. They seemed to value good craftsmanship and provided good work they cared about. They were very responsive, friendly, and experienced.

We had a GREAT experience with Steam Sweepers. Our rugs came back in GREAT shape and they were able to get our rugs in and out in a timely manner! Bryan was a pleasure to work with.

I cannot say enough kind words about the excellent customer service that I received from Brian and his team! Our 9x12 wool rug was soaking wet and smelled awful after our washing machine hose detached and flooded our daylight basement. Upon returning, It looks and smells as good as new and they did it in several days, not weeks! I highly recommend Steam Sweepers. They also offer pickup and delivery for that extra white glove convenience!

Everyone I talked to was so personable and really took time to explain details of the rug cleaning and care process to me. They did a great, thorough job of cleaning my area rug. I would absolutely go back.

If you want something done right, find a pro. These folks are truly that, and they are pleasant to work with, as well. I have been doing business with this company for close to (or perhaps even more than) 20 years! I have always felt that they wanted my business, that they were doing all they could to be excellent, that they were both competent and caring, and that they actually cared about ME. Friendly, responsive, prompt, knowledgeable, and my rugs always look fabulous. Ask ANY question and they don't bamboozle you-- they either already know the answer, or they say they don't and then actually get back to you. Steam Sweepers, LLC--- a big YES!

I have had my big area rugs cleaned here twice and they do an excellent job. They are quick, professional, and easy to work with. This work is expensive so I have only had it done on my heirloom rugs.

Steam Sweepers did an excellent job cleaning three Peshwar rugs for us. They look like new. Pick up was timely as was the entire cleaning process. They were very pleasant and easy to work with. Will call them again.
