What an amazing company. I have a Persian rug that had been severely impacted by both my cat and dog. It was almost unrecognizable when it came back to me. What a difference ! In addition, everybody that I dealt with was professional and warm and helpful. I highly recommend this company if you have a rug that needs to be cleaned.

I figured it was a long shot but he did not rush out me and was happy to chat about rugs and problem solving with me. It was very delightful. They seemed to value good craftsmanship and provided good work they cared about. They were very responsive, friendly, and experienced.

They cleaned Rugs for me and I think they’re great. They’re the great job they were efficient came and went when they said they would took really good care of us of me perfect.

I cannot say enough kind words about the excellent customer service that I received from Brian and his team! Our 9x12 wool rug was soaking wet and smelled awful after our washing machine hose detached and flooded our daylight basement.

Upon returning, It looks and smells as good as new and they did it in several days, not weeks!

I highly recommend Steam Sweepers. They also offer pickup and delivery for that extra white glove convenience!
