Reviews for Steam Sweepers Rug Cleaning

Super customer service - informative, pleasant

I feel lucky to have this service locally. I have had my carpets cleaned professionally before but have never been so satisfied with the professionalism and result.

Superb cleaning, and convenient service! I've used Steam Sweepers for over 15 years for Persian carpets, area rugs, and wall-to-wall carpets. Very satisfied!

Steam Sweepers is the best option for cleaning your beautiful area rugs!
We are so pleased with the quality of work completed by Steam Sweepers. They cleaned our Oriental rug and replaced the frayed fringe with a perfectly matched binding process that gave the border a "finished look."

Excellent service

Excellent Service, Thank you

Excellent service!
I have always been very happy with the clean rugs that are returned. Our 2 dogs add a layer of grime and hair over time, and then there is the occasional red wine spill or other stain-making stuff... These folks are great!

Great service. Professional and knowledgeable
Professional, knowledge, thorough
Friendly and helpful staff

120 customers agree. Steam Sweepers is 5 stars. Their technical rug cleaning is unsurpassed. Their customer service is outstanding. I showed up right as the service man was pulling away in his car. He had closed for the day, but he saw me and happily turned around and opened the shop for one last customer. Now that’s great service!

Perfect! As always.
As always, pleasant and professional.

Excellent job!
What a fantastic job on 4 different rugs! We weren’t able to immediately place our rugs down due to wood floors being installed and resealed in a different area. They were wrapped in T vac paper and upon opening them yesterday and placing them down we were beyond thrilled to see how great they looked. Looked brand new! Highly recommend!! And what nice people!!

Fantastic job on my wool rugs and exceptional service! My wife has respiratory issues - our rugs came back perfect - clean, no scents, and dry. Thanks again

I took three rugs to be cleaned here. One was an unusual nylon backed rug. They treated them and me with great care. The prices were comparable. The only place I'll go in the future.

super customer service - informative, pleasant

Great job!

So glad there is a quality rug cleaner for quality Persian rugs in Bellingham. No need to travel to Seattle for special care. Thanks to Steam Sweepers, LLC.

Great service

Love these guys, excellent work cleaning my wool rug.

An excellent job of cleaning Navajo rugs.

They did a superb job of cleaning two very dirty Navajo rugs, then sent them back to me via UPS. This was a special favor since I live on one of the San Juan Islands and did not want to go back to the mainland to pick them up because of the Covid19 pandemic.

Valued service for our community.
I am totally satisfied by the professionalism and the quality of the work provided by Steam Sweepers. I am awaiting a referral for carpet repair from the woman that you use who has been highly recommended.

great job, and fast.

Great job and fast! Less than a week turn around! Rugs look great!

Quality Professional Work

I've used Steam Sweepers for several years to clean my units. They are always professional, fair and do a great job. Recently they were able to get up stains on a carpet that I thought I might need to replace. After they worked on it, I no longer felt I needed to replace it. Amazing how much they were able to get out!

Steam sweepers cleaned 2 large area rugs for me that had some pet stains on them. Pickup and delivery were on time (actually rugs were returned a day early!), cost reasonable, just excellent customer service! Both rugs look and smell new. Would definitely recommend them and will use again when needed!

These guys are the best.

I have another antique rug I will take to Steam Sweepers now that I know how professional, friendly and honest they are. I was and am impressed with their service from my initial phone call to the final pickup.

Steam Sweepers are great!

We've used Steam Sweepers at both our home and our office for years, and have nothing but good to say about them. They always answer their phone, show up when they say they will, and do a great job. Can't ask for more.
