Great service Love these guys, excellent work cleaning my wool rug.

An excellent job of cleaning Navajo rugs. They did a superb job of cleaning two very dirty Navajo rugs, then sent them back to me via UPS. This was a special favor since I live on one of the San Juan Islands and did not want to go back to the mainland to pick them up because of the Covid19 pandemic.

Quality Professional Work I've used Steam Sweepers for several years to clean my units. They are always professional, fair and do a great job. Recently they were able to get up stains on a carpet that I thought I might need to replace. After they worked on it, I no longer felt I needed to replace it. Amazing how much they were able to get out!

Steam sweepers cleaned 2 large area rugs for me that had some pet stains on them. Pickup and delivery were on time (actually rugs were returned a day early!), cost reasonable, just excellent customer service! Both rugs look and smell new. Would definitely recommend them and will use again when needed!

These guys are the best. I have another antique rug I will take to Steam Sweepers now that I know how professional, friendly and honest they are. I was and am impressed with their service from my initial phone call to the final pickup.

Everyone is so personable and professional! Steam Sweepers LLC has done work for me numerous times. This last time I had their technicians come out to pick up a couple of area rugs at my home. They cleaned them at their facility and returned them back to me. The company's turnaround time is one week which seems reasonable. I heard that they are a little bit higher priced than other companies, but I feel for the quality of work you receive from them that they offer fair pricing. Besides, I really enjoy interacting with them. They are all very nice people at Steam Sweepers LLC. I highly recommend them as their technicians are very professional and so personable. That is why I keep going back to them and would not even think to call any other company but them.

Comment: Old Fashioned Customer Service and Quality work! Steam Sweepers LLC cleaned five rugs for me and did a fantastic job! My rugs look better than when I purchased them. Four of my rugs are vintage wool and the colors came out clean and crisp. I am very pleased that none of the colors faded or ran. They really know what they are doing. I will recommend them to everyone who comments on my rugs. They are brighter than they were before and so soft. They use a chemical process that does not include optical cleaners and that was very important to me. They do full immersion rug cleaning and that is hard to find. Their website was very informative about the process they use and they were so easy to find. I looked at other companies online, but I chose Steam Sweepers LLC because the website was so detailed and when I called they took time to explain their cleaning process to me. They were extremely professional and prompt. The pickup and delivery were right on time.

We have a household of people who are sensitive to smell, Steam Sweepers used a wonderful citrus essential oil instead of the soapy smell. It was a great change. They also got a huge stain out that other professional cleaners told us was set and wouldn't come out. We are very pleased with this service. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I had an issue with an area carpet that needed to be cleaned. We rang them and they quickly stopped by and picked up the rug and within a week, our rug was returned clean as a whistle. They were very friendly and offered some good advise regarding storing of rugs. I will defintiely use them again!

They did a beautiful job on older rugs. Colors are so much brighter. Kept to their schedule and I had my rugs back in a week
