If you want something done right, find a pro. These folks are truly that, and they are pleasant to work with, as well. I have been doing business with this company for close to (or perhaps even more than) 20 years! I have always felt that they wanted my business, that they were doing all they could to be excellent, that they were both competent and caring, and that they actually cared about ME. Friendly, responsive, prompt, knowledgeable, and my rugs always look fabulous. Ask ANY question and they don't bamboozle you-- they either already know the answer, or they say they don't and then actually get back to you. Steam Sweepers, LLC--- a big YES!

These guys really know what they’re doing. Cleaned two beautiful rugs and they look great. I like their method.

I have had my big area rugs cleaned here twice and they do an excellent job. They are quick, professional, and easy to work with. This work is expensive so I have only had it done on my heirloom rugs.

Great, knowledgeable staff. Reasonable turnaround. If you need a rug cleaned don't hesitate with Steam Sweepers. They're keeping Bellingham's rugs looking nice.

Steam Sweepers did an excellent job cleaning three Peshwar rugs for us. They look like new. Pick up was timely as was the entire cleaning process. They were very pleasant and easy to work with. Will call them again.

Sweeper team got our rug in asap and provided quick turnaround. Communication was excellent and ease of drop-off and pickup was great. Will definitely be return customer.

I’m glad I gave this business a try!
I have some good rugs, and they finally got the treatment they deserve! Wonderful staff from intake thru pickup! The wonderful human I left my rugs with UNDER promised and OVER delivered! Always appreciate that concept.

The whole process was very easy. Good customer service, rugs look great and also had them treated for moths.

Excellent service, very friendly and knowledgeable staff ! I had them clean 2 rugs, one from Morocco and the other from Uzbekistan. Both looked like band new when I picked them up!!
Highly recommend this company !!

Oh my gosh my sweet little hand tied Turkish rug is smiling too. Cleaned with care and precision. Now I just need to go and pickup the next one they are cleaning, thanks!!

Bryan and his team were friendly, quick and personable, with door to door delivery. Our old Afghan rug cost more for immersion cleaning than to buy, but they did a great job. Thanks guys!

Michael was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! Thanks guys!

Quick and easy! I wish we had taken before pictures to compare because our rugs were so bad we considered getting rid of them. However after getting them cleaned here they are like new. I would recommend to anyone! Thanks Brian and Team

They do an excellent job! Second time we’ve used them for our area rugs.

Comment: Excellent service on several old Amazigh Moroccan rugs and 2 antique wool Chinese rugs, they came back promptly when promised and were so clean and beautiful! Thank you for excellence!

Very professional job. Would not hesitate to use Steam Sweepers service again.

Very helpful, respectful, followed through with directions. Kept me informed to when the carpet was ready to pick up. Let me let them know when I could get up to their location. The carpet looks great with the braiding removed and edges refinished.

It was great and they both got cutting boards!!

The guys took amazing care of my big wool rug and my little runners. The bigger rug looks brand new! All the rugs look beautiful and are so nice and fresh. I e had them cleaned in the past, but Steam Sweepers really brought them back to life.

Fantastic shop, informative, fair pricing and quick service for cleaning area rugs. Great experience.
