The whole process was very easy. Good customer service, rugs look great and also had them treated for moths.

Excellent service, very friendly and knowledgeable staff ! I had them clean 2 rugs, one from Morocco and the other from Uzbekistan. Both looked like band new when I picked them up!! Highly recommend this company !!

Very helpful, respectful, followed through with directions. Kept me informed to when the carpet was ready to pick up. Let me let them know when I could get up to their location. The carpet looks great with the braiding removed and edges refinished.

The guys took amazing care of my big wool rug and my little runners. The bigger rug looks brand new! All the rugs look beautiful and are so nice and fresh. I e had them cleaned in the past, but Steam Sweepers really brought them back to life.

Fantastic service.

Very happy with how great my old 4' x 8' Oriental rug turned out. The colors are now vibrantly beautiful again and it feels so cushy under bare feet. Plus, the two gentlemen who helped me were both friendly and professional. I really like Steam Sweepers and don't see any reason to take my rugs anywhere else.

The hours and days to pick up or drop off aren’t ideal but the finished product and customer service are spectacular.

Steam Sweepers staff are friendly and helpful and they take excellent care of our rugs. One rug in particular is of great sentimental value to our family and they take excellent care of it and we love how it looks when we get it back. We have used Steam Sweepers a few times now and highly recommend them!

I took three rugs to be cleaned here. One was an unusual nylon backed rug. They treated them and me with great care. The prices were comparable. The only place I'll go in the future. This post was a couple of years ago now. And I went back. Once again, amazing service.. thanks guys
