Everything went very well. I looked them up online and had them come out. The guy that came out was really personable and did a good job. He showed us what he was doing, and was very open about everything. He was thorough and conscientious in his work. He said it would take 3.5-4 hours and that's what it took.

Reliable We've used Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning LLC for years. They are always reliable and show up on time. Art is a wizard at getting spots out of carpets, including some that were in the carpet when we bought the house we're in now. He keeps my carpets useful. They are fine and I recommend them highly.

They do what they say they're going to do and the price is right. Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning's technicians have been very professional, hardworking, and done everything right. I have no complaints at all.

Excellent, very professional, wonderful service I had Steam Sweepers clean my oriental rugs. I talked to Art on the phone and I just knew he had the knowledge required to do the job correctly. I even had him wrap a rug that was moth proofed with their solution, to store it. He does a very nice job and will work with you and take the time to make sure that things are done properly.

Extremely good experience, very satisifed My family has been using Steam Sweepers for a long time. Somewhere in between, for some reason, we stopped using them. But, we shouldn't have because they are fantastic. They always do a great job cleaning the carpets throughout my house. Recently, we also had them clean the carpet in an office. Just six months before, we had the carpet in the office cleaned by a different company, but Steam Sweepers actually ended up cleaning after the other company because they were not very thorough. Steam Sweepers are very thorough. They get the job done right.

Great job with the rugs. I had my rugs cleaned before with a different method, and there's almost no comparison. My rug looks exactly like new, and I've had it for a long time. The other cleaning services really didn't make a lot of improvements in appearance or cleanliness. Now I have napped in the rug, and I had five done in total. I'm happy with them all. One is a room sized rug, one is smaller, then I sent some little old rugs, and they did a great job with them.

I have a lot floor to steam, and the people worked hard, were courteous, and everything was spotless when they were finished. Steam Sweepers did a wonderful job on my carpets this summer! I had multiple urine spots from my new puppy and not to mention the horrible odor. I came across their website, gave them a call, and I was scheduled for a cleaning the next day. They worked around my schedule and were very professional and on time too. Very complete, thorough, courteous. Provides excellent service! We've been with Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning since 2007. We had used them before, and this time we had them do two different jobs. They cleaned some wall-to-wall carpeting on the second floor of our house one day, and had them pick up an area rug to have it cleaned and returned for the other job. They have done excellent work on both. In particular, the employee who did the wall-to-wall carpeting was very thorough. It was late afternoon but he worked as long as he needed to, and did a very thorough job. He was very courteous, and apologetic that he was there around dinnertime (which we didn't mind). Originally we had seen an ad by Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning and it had a coupon. The last jobs were a little more expensive than I thought they were going to be. Maybe get the pricing ahead of time. Ask if there are any coupons out there or any sales that are about to start. Overall, Steam Sweepers was very complete, thorough, and courteous. They provided excellent service and were dependable. I would definitely recommend Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning!

My fine Oriental rugs are looking better. I just moved to Stanwood from Pennsylvania last Fall so I wanted my fine oriental hand woven wool rugs cleaned up for my new condo. I arranged with Art Thomas of Steam Sweapers to pick up my carpets when they were making other deliveries way South of Bellingham. They were able to submerge all the carpets for a thorough cleaning. All five rugs now look clean and bright. The rugs were returned in a timely fashion and under the original estimate because I miscalculated their size. I also appreciated Art's advice on how to maintain them between cleanings.

It's huge, nine feet by eleven feet, and I wanted to have it cleaned. I had heard about Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning so I gave them a call. I think it is very important that they arrived on time to pick up and drop off my carpets, I had two smaller rugs cleaned as well. The final results are excellent! I would like to mention that he helped me to move my furniture to get the carpets up and then again to put them down, I really appreciated that!
