This is the first time we have had our carpets cleaned since instillation almost a year ago. When the carpets were first installed, I got the wise advice from the installer to "find a small company with a good reputation to do the work" vs going with a large chain. I am glad I followed that advice and chose Steam Sweepers. From the first phone call I received great customer service. Adam and I discussed my options and arranged a time, with consideration that I would not be home and Adam would be faced with my slobbering dog (and cats). Adam did not seemed phased and when I came home that night the animals were happy and the carpets looked brand new. Everything went well, per our plan. Steam Sweepers is my go to company now and it's my pleasure to recommend them.

Great job and great service! True to form, Art and his crew did a great job. Being late on our rental preparation, I called Art with a request for a carpet clean and he was able to get us on his schedule and get the job done so we were timely for our new renters. Adam called to make sure we were at the property so he could get in the house. He was very thorough, considerate, polite and worked hard the entire time he was at our rental. He explained the process and what to expect for a finished result. From start to finish, Steam Sweepers is great!

Call Steam Sweepers for a spotless carpet cleaning Steam Sweepers do a wonderful job cleaning my carpets and rug. The first time we used them, they came and cleaned the entire house, wall to wall carpeting. Our carpets had never looked better! Recently they cleaned an 8x10 area rug and two smaller rugs and did a nice job, but it was a bit pricey. Overall I'm very happy with their customer service and professionalism. They do a great job of cleaning rugs and carpets and I highly recommend them.

Fast and good Steam Sweepers cleaned our carpets--they did the wall-to-wall carpets then they took the large oriental rug, cleaned it there and returned it. That was the first time we used them. They were pretty fast and everything was fine. The price for service is on the high side, but I think they are very conscientious and did a good job.

They did a great job! Got out red wine, green ink, and the general nastiness that comes with having 2 small children and a cat. Would definitely recommend! :)

Very positive We've been customers of Steam Sweepers for six or seven years, and they do a beautiful, beautiful job. They bring a level of care that's beyond what most carpet cleaners do. They charge a reasonable rate for their service and they don't oversell their product. These guys aren't fly-by-night, and I would encourage others to use them as we already do. We have a large house and they are able to clean all the carpets in one day, which is a big, big job. They have helped to make sure the oriental rugs are taken care of well and are protected.

Great customer service, super job! Steam Sweepers went above and beyond with cleaning my carpets and did a really outstanding job with them! I've used them twice and both times have been very pleased with their work. The cleaners came on time, told me what they were going to do, and got everything finished when they said they would. My carpets look wonderful and for the prices, which seemed reasonable for the quality of the service, I would be happy to use them again!!

We have used Steam Sweepers for several years now and are extremely pleased with their service and the results. Adam, one of the technicians, has carefully and thoroughly cleaned the carpet with great results. When finished I have no doubt the carpet has been cleaned as well as it can be. Seriously. Difficult spots are given extra attention, furnishings are carefully avoided, and it's all done with prompt and courteous attention to detail. I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with this company, and Adam in particular, who has cleaned our carpet several times, always with great results. I would highly recommend this company.

I'll keep using them as long as they stay in business! This is not my first time using Steam Sweepers LLC. Steam Sweepers has been cleaning my rugs for years! They always do a great job on my rugs. This is primarily why I continue to call them whenever my rugs need to be cleaned.

I am very pleased with the work they did cleaning my 7 x 10 Sultanabad Area woolen rug. The rug is about 6 years old and has been under 3 puppies feet during that time. Steam Sweepers removed all noticeable puppy urine odor and stains. Impressive cleaning process. I have left another rug for them, an antique Persian (Pakistani) carpet. I highly recommend them.

Adam cleaned our carpets a couple of days ago, and he exceeded my expectations. My carpeting is ten years old and I was considering replacing it, but I have a puppy and lots of kids coming through so I thought I would try having my carpets cleaned one more time. Despite puppy accidents, soda spills, muddy paws, soccer cleats...my floors now look brand new! And my home smells so fresh! My kids think Adam worked "a miracle", and I wholeheartedly agree. I would highly recommend Steam Sweepers! I have hand knotted antique Persian rugs. They were cleaned to perfection and with care. The owner is very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions. The rugs were picked up and delivered promptly. I will only use Steam Sweepers to clean my rugs. They look beautiful when cleaned by Steam Sweepers!

I chose to drop off our rug myself; their warehouse is spotless! The rugs are clearly treated with the utmost care. The people I spoke with were also very knowledgeable about the rugs. Best of all, our carpet (a Sarouk) came back jewel-bright.

We have used Steam Sweepers for years in 3 different houses. We have a big dog and they did an amazing job of cleaning up a BIG accident at our last house! I have complete confidence that they can handle any job I give them. They have been prompt at arriving when scheduled, done a great job cleaning carpets and furniture and been reasonably priced. We are totally satisfied and wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

High quality, good customer service, friendly, and convenient I have been using Steam Sweepers LLC for ten years. It's always very easy for them to accommodate my schedule. They're always available when my kids will be gone and the house will be empty. They show up in a timely fashion and spend about two hours cleaning carpets in our main living area and one bedroom. One time too much soap was used and spots were left, so they came out and redid the whole carpet. They clean about every two years, and I've had Adam coming for the past six. It says a lot about their business and the way they treat their employees that they have such low turn-over. Adam is courteous and friendly. There's a noticeable difference after he's done. They have great prices and wonderful customer service. They always answer all questions and concerns. I'm very satisfied with their services.

They really do quality work in a timely manner We used Steam Sweepers LLC to clean our Oriental rugs. They picked them up to clean them and then helped lay them back down when they returned. The smaller one took a week and the larger one took ten days. We didn't realize how dirty they had been until we got them back and we were very pleased with how they looked. These rugs are expensive so we wanted top quality cleaning. A neighbor who was very happy with their work referred us to them, and we felt that the prices were fair for the quality of work they do. The staff is also very helpful. We have used them before and will use them again.

Have used Steam Sweepers for quite a few years now and they do a GREAT job of cleaning our carpets. Always show up on time! And for the first time we're having them clean our micro fiber couches. I'm so excited to see what they will look like when they are done. I will get back to you and let you know in a couple days the outcome. Way cheaper than having to purchase new couches. The quality has been good. I've been with Steam Sweepers LLC for maybe twelve for fifteen years. I've had them do my home several times, as well as various commercial properties. The quality used to be superb without question. It's gone down recently, because the time put into it has not remained the same. When they first did our home, he was here for three hours, and it was very through and clean. The cleaning they did recently was very quick, and after they left, I realized there were several stains that I would need to go back and take care of myself. That said, I've recommended them many times, and will continue to do so.
