Wonderful job with our Chinese silk rug. I had a Chinese wool rug that was stained in a flood, and I took it to Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning. I had never heard of them before. They were able to get a lot of the stain out. I was very impressed, and asked Art about handling silk rugs. I have a Chinese silk rug that needed to be lovingly handled, and so I took it to Steam Sweepers. They did an absolutely exquisite job. He did everything he could do to the rug that wouldn't risk threatening the fibers. I was really pleased with what he could do for the rugs, and that he acknowledged the limits of what could be done as well. He also told me where to go if I did want to get a harsher, and potentially hazardous, treatment. He really did a marvelous job on the silk rug, and I have recommended everyone I know with a rug to Steam Sweepers. The price was wonderful, and it was incredible value for the goods received. The service was also fast, and I was incredibly pleased with the work Art did.

I was very satisifed with their service. They did a tune up on my swamp cooler and I have nothing to complain about at this point.
