I was given a rug from an estate sale by a friend. She also recommended I take it to Steam Sweepers. I actually interacted with all the team. I spoke to Sumner on the phone who explained it was more cost effective if I brought in my rugs. I brought in a hall runner and a small Navajo rug. I met Bryan. He explained the cleaning and moth proofing processes. I was told it would take 1-2 weeks for the rugs to be cleaned. It only took a week and when I picked them up, I met Michael. He very thoroughly explained how I should care for the rugs. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and so easy going. I felt the cost was very reasonable. This is the kind of local business that you want to support. I highly recommend them.

Thanks to Bryan and all of the Steam Sweepers crew... our oriental carpets have not received their due care for over 10 years. They came out beautifully. I also appreciate that Steam Sweepers was very patient with our irregular schedule, making it difficult to just pick up our carpets in a timely manner. Bryan cleaned a sculpted rug that I found at Re-Store, Habitat for Humanity. It was dirty when we bought it 4 years ago. Steam Sweepers did the most amazing job just recently with it.. My carpets were either going to get washed or head directly to the landfill….. I completely trust the ability of Brian, his dad, and the awesome Michael with my handmade Persian carpets. Some are 100 years old—they not only cleaned them, they were able to predict which ones may run or may need more care. I brought them filthy, mothballed, stinking carpets that were unusable and they gave me back beautiful carpets restored to their original splendor. Some rugs were stained with pet urine, some were close to rotting because they had been stored so long rolled in plastic. All of them smelled like poisonous napthalene mothballs. They were so bad I was storing them in a garden shed. Fortunately their shop has excellent ventilation along with state of the art equipment for washing and drying handmade carpets. I’m over the moon with how they cleaned these carpets for me. I can’t recommend them enough! So glad I found them.10 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They did a pickup and delivery service for a large rug for us. They also advised us about what to do and not do for another rug we had been intending having them clean. Our rug came back in great shape and clean!

Bryan did an absolutely fabulous job on our family inherited Persian rug. This was stained with urine and also contained mystery-spots (maybe diy slime?). The rug was clean and completely odorless when complete, and at a fair price for the labor. Highly recommend!

They are so great to work with - They treated me and my hundred year-old rug with respect and care, and accommodated my drop-off and pick-up schedules. Mike is experienced in specialty rugs. Twice, not once (because I didn't learn my lesson the 1st time) Steam Sweepers saved me from having to replace my wool rugs! They are miracle workers! I highly recommend this company! Michael is extremely knowledgeable and really took his time to try to educate me about what to do/not do the next time I attempt my own spot cleaning...but the next time I will head directly to Steam Sweepers!

Bryan was such a pleasant person to work with! Our carpet was very dirty and upon return I barely recognized it. It was bright and soft and looked basically brand new! Mishap with a full cup of coffee on our silk rug led to online research for local rug-cleaning companies. From the very first phone call, to scheduled pick up, honest assessment of spot removal to the return of the rug, the service was above and beyond! Not only nice, caring folks, but they know their business and cleaned the rug perfectly. The price of cleaning may appear steep to some, but in comparison to the cost of the rug and being totally destroyed by the coffee, the price of service was fair. Would highly recommend them.

I wouldn't have anyone else care for my wool rugs. I have been a customer for years and have always had excellent service!!
