Reviews for Steam Sweepers Rug Cleaning

Would recommend to everyone!

Art came to our home and, due to the issues we were having, said that he advised against steam cleaning our carpet. Anyone that honest will get my business another time. Very nice, very professional.

Purchased a beautiful Karastan hall runner rug from an estate sale with two large stains. I was unable to get the stains out with stain remover and a Hoover rug cleaner. The tech at Steam Sweepers didn't think it would be a problem and he was right. The rug came back looking brand new for a very reasonable cost. Great customer service. The rug came back sooner than expected. We will be bringing more area rugs to them when the need arises. Very pleased.

We were very satisfied with our experience with Steam Sweepers. They were very friendly, and obviously very experienced in what they do. When we picked up our rug today, the young fellow we talked to gave us a true lesson in rugs and how many different variables go into know the proper way to clean them. My rug did not appear to be very dirty when I brought it in, but the colors were so much more bright and enhanced when we picked it up.
Great experience and great results. I would highly recommend them

I just wanted my wool rugs, a Chinese and a Tibetan, really cleaned. Picked Steam Sweepers from the internet and am completely satisfied. Not cheap, but REALLY clean!

Great Service, No Complaints!

I recently went to Steam Sweepers LLC to have the carpeting in my house cleaned and was very pleased with how the services from them went. The people who came out from Steam Sweepers were very friendly and professional while they were here doing the work. They were able to get to all the carpeting I needed to be clean and left the whole of the carpeting looking like new. Overall I am very satisfied with how well the work from Steam Sweepers LLC has been, I will definitely use them again if needed and I highly recommend their services.

Great job on our 2 rugs, one of which had a very nasty stain that had really set in. The staff were very knowledgeable, which gave us a warm fuzzy feeling right off the bat. We have used other carpet cleaners in the past, but Steam Sweepers has been the best.

They Get The Job Done Right! Knowledgeable and experienced, carpets come out looking brand new. As a matter of fact the best carpet cleaning job ever. Highly recommended and have used their service many times. I'll be calling them again, when I'm in need of their service.

Steam Sweepers did an excellent job of cleaning my run in a timely matter and for a great price! I would most definitely recommend these guys to anyone who is looking to have their rugs cleaned.

Always a Great Experience

I have used Steam Sweepers several times before and I can always count on them to do good work. I normally have them clean the carpets in my home but have also had some rugs sent to their cleaning facilities. I appreciate that the cleaners are always on time and on schedule. The quality of the work is always excellent. Recently, they were even able to take out a red wine stain. I highly recommend them.

Very professional

These guys were excellent. They were thorough, reasonable prices, and even steam cleaned some area rugs for us. They also came on a Saturday when we were moving in to our new house.

Fast convenient service!

Had my rugs washed, they came out very clean and they smell fresh. I'm very happy and glad I saw the ad for Steam sweepers on the TV.

The people that came out from Steam Sweepers were very friendly and professional while they were here doing the cleaning and were able to get to work with the carpeting right away. The work itself went quite well, the carpeting in my home is looking like new and there are no more stains or smells coming from it. Overall I was very pleased with how the work from Steam Sweepers went, I will definitely use them again if needed and I highly recommend their services.

We had them come in and clean our carpets and they removed all of the stains without any problem. They did our carpeted stairs as well and it all turned out great!

We are extremely pleased to find a local vendor who provides such professional quality service.

Excellent! Work was timely, well done, and a good value. Nice folks!

The rugs look amazing. Thank you.

Once They Clean Something, It's Clean!

I have used Steam Sweepers five or six times to date and I am very satisfied with their service. They are very easy to work with. Their staff are professional, efficient, and friendly. The prices they offer are quite reasonable. But most of all, they do a very good job. With other carpet cleaners that I've hired, often after they've done the work, the spots come back in a few days. But with Steam Sweepers, once they do a cleaning job, it's clean.

We had a rug cleaned my daughter's dog had used as a commode and then it was rolled up for 1 1/2 years in storage. The odor was horrible. Steam Sweepers assured me they could get it clean and they did, no more odor. I was amazed. They also did a wonderful job with our other oriental rugs. I would highly recommend them. They were also nice individuals to work with and promptly returned all four carpets in one weeks time.

Steam Sweepers did a fantastic job cleaning and sealing my ugly slate floors - and at a reasonable price! Art worked with me to get it done in my limited timeframe, and Adam (who came out and did the the job) was professional, helpful, and very thorough. I’ll definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone who needs help restoring the look of their floors!

I do dog rescue and I also have beautiful oriental rugs. Steam Sweepers has saved my rugs, literally. Would not go anywhere else!

Great service. Friendly folks. Priced right. Will definitely will use them again.
