Reviews for Steam Sweepers Rug Cleaning

Fantastic and reliable work!

We have used Steam Sweepers a few times now and their work is consistent every time. They take great care to make sure your home is well protected while their equipment is working. They also are very transparent in discussing the work that they are going to do and follow up when the work is completed. An incredibly professional organization, you won't go wrong by hiring Steam Sweepers!

best show in town

Just take a look at their facility. Then go down to the little place that rents those carpet cleaner things and ask yourself which makes more sense.

knowledgeable and always wanting to meet our needs and schedule! take our rugs to them ...with a ferry ride, 3 hrs one-way...and so worth it!

The best we have ever used...and that's over 50-yr period

Good folks

Faced with a cat pee "ruined" carpet, the only half decent area rug we own, I called in desperation to see about professional cleaning. I looked over the website and saw how much work is involved. A lot. The carpet was a gift, hand me down, so we had no idea of its value. My wife drove it to their shop so they could appraise it, which they did, and it was worth fixing if we could. A week later the carpet is clean and odor free, we feel, for a very reasonable price. My wife commented that she dealt with very nice and helpful people at the shop, typical Bellinghamsters, so we'll give a big thumbs up to the operation and wish them well.

Very professional.

Happy withy the quality of the cleaning.

The owner and his assistant on the phone were super friendly but professional. I was in no hurry but the rug was cleaned and returned in less than 12 days. It looks and feels great. I am very happy with the service and the results. Thank you Steam Sweepers! Shari

Great job.

Liked their work.

Professional, Quick and Thorough!

Steam Sweepers did a nice job for me and I would definitely recommend them. The quality of the work they did was very satisfactory. I gave them a stained rug and they returned a clean one. They know their business and knew exactly how to remove the urine stains that my cat had deposited on the rug. So it comes down to the fact that they know their industry and their product, and they were able to handle my problem. They also did it professionally, quickly and thoroughly.

I would highly recommend Steam Sweepers to clean your rugs. We hadn't cleaned our rugs for quite awhile so I was worried that the stains would not come out when cleaned, particularly by the entrance to our house. It looked like a new rug when they finished. i needed my rugs cleaned by a certain date and the owner tentavily scheduled me in even though we hadn't yet agreed to his estimate. When they finished they left a couple of commercial blowers to help the rugs dry and within 24 hours they were dry and looking great. The two workers were friendly and efficient and the pricing was very reasonable. My only criticism would be that there was no discussion of scotch guarding the rugs at estimate but the workers suggested it and that added almost $100 to the cost.

Did great work on the high traffic areas in our church activities hall. The carpeting was sorely in need of attention (hadn't had a professional cleaning for four years). Very pleased with Mike's professional work, and our yoga class participants are so VERY grateful!

Best in Whatcom County! Dedicated! Professional!

I'm a tough customer because I used to be in the cleaning business and know the right way to do things. Steam Sweepers is the best at what they do, hands down. There are two highly rated rug cleaning companies in Whatcom County and I've used the other one, once. Then I hired Steam Sweepers and I will never hire anyone else again. They know the precise science required for both my Oriental rug and my wall-to-wall carpet. Art Thomas trains his people well. They have excellent skills and a professional approach. They care about what they're doing. If a rug isn't done satisfactorily, they'll come back and clean it more thoroughly. No one is as good as Steam Sweepers. In addition to being the best in their field, they are prompt, neat, cheerful and friendly people. Art Thomas is a dedicated owner. I will hire them again. I would love to buy gift certificates from Steam Sweepers to present to some of my friends! I highly recommend them!

Knowledgeable, professional, reliable!

Wouldn't take my beautiful antique rugs anywhere else!

14 year old carpet

Our 14 year old carpet (1200.00) just need a cleaning but I wanted a professional cleaner to do the job. What a great job Mike did. I am so pleased!!! We are having wood flooring put in and now a very clean carpet, so the room will look great. Thanks again. I have been telling my friends Steam Sweepers is the company to use.....

Top shelf and I mean the good stuff.

Art and the crew have provided us with high quality for years and we will always put them at the top of our list of folks to trust.

Excellent Service

I have used Steam Sweepers to clean all of my European hand knotted Persian and wool rugs. They do excellent work and are very informed regarding the care and cleaning of rugs.

I couldn't ask for a better carpet cleaning service. We had an area rug we brought in that hadn't been cleaned for 10+ years. It came back with amazing results. The gentlemen that helped us were very knowledgeable within their craft and truly enjoy what they do. I highly recommend this company.

Good to go!

We were pleased with the efficient and professional service we received as we prepared our home for sale.

Very Nice Job With Persian Rug

Steam Sweepers did a very nice job with our Persian rug. They were responsive and easy to work with. The service was convenient and straightforward. I am satisfied with the quality of the work and had no problems with the service. I am happy with how everything turned out and will use Steam Sweepers again in the future if I need to

Whether it's carpets or rugs, these guys do great work at a fair price. Adam just did a great job on our carpets and we've taken rugs to them in the past. They are knowledgeable about the industry and give helpful suggestions about upkeep and care to make your valuable floor coverings last longer and keep their beauty.

Great service. Art and his crew realty know carpets.

They pick up, deliver, and answer all the questions you can think of.
Thanks Art!
