Our realtor recommended Steam Sweepers LLC to us, and we were very favorably impressed by them! They were very professional people, and they gave us a lot of good advice on how to maintain our carpets!

I used to teach in a preschool program and Steam Sweepers LLC cleaned my rugs every year. Now I have my own program so naturally, I thought of them. They pick up, clean, and return the classroom rug in perfect condition. It always looks brand-new. I'm talking about a classroom preschool rug that gets gross. I've been using them for years. Right now I'm dealing with a lot of construction and a lot of contractors, and Steam Sweepers LLC are the least stressful experience I've had.

I have really appreciated Steam Sweeper and the excellent service they have provided. Whether with a slightly damaged wool rug from Turkey, which they had repaired, cleaned, and moth-proofed, to handwoven wool rugs from Romania, everything has been well cared for and beautifully cleaned. My mother's hand knotted antique carpets had gotten moths, and Bryan did an extremely kind and sensitive job of helping me figure out which ones could be kept. He was so patient while I worked through some feelings. (Mom is deceased.) The rugs he cleaned came out beautifully, and will be safe from moths in the future. They will not put my own carpets and wool clothing at risk either. We are repeat customers. We are so lucky in Bellingham to have them here!

Coffee with cream on my beautiful wool area rug. Tried to remove it multiple times only to cause more damage. Dropped my rug off, Bryan explained the process and shared that my attempts to remove the stain may have damaged the backing.
