Reviews for Steam Sweepers Rug Cleaning

Quick service, great results

Rugs look great and only took 1-1/2 weeks.

Friendly staff, accurate quote and delivery time, great experience! My rug was returned to me looking brand new ✨

My experience was delightful and efficient! It was worth it for them to have a reasonable fee to pick it up and bring it back.

I used to have to take my rugs near the Ballard Bridge to get them dry-cleaned, which is a long way from Anacortes. Steam Sweepers are very fast and efficient for them to be picking the items up and bringing them back. This is our second time using them and the...

I had 4 synthetic rugs cleaned. Turns out looking brand new. 1 week tune around time.

Our Tibetan rug was way overdue for cleaning...Steam Sweepers brought back the vivid colors of the rug. We're so happy! And everyone we spoke to there was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Steam Sweepers.

Positive: Professionalism
I showed up with a rug I essentially destroyed myself. They very nicely told me I messed up and told me the risks of trying to get it cleaned.

They did a wonderful job cleaning it up and being as careful as they could be. I appreciated the honesty and responsiveness.

Great company.

Friendly, excellent service cleaning my rugs. They look great.

I recommend Steam Sweepers.

They have done fine jobs on two of my older wool rugs, making them clean and vibrant.

I have had my expensive oriental rugs cleaned before with dire results, but have never been disappointed in Steam Sweepers. They know exactly what they are doing.

Clean and fast

This is the second time we've used Steam Sweepers and they did an excellent job.

My rug looks so brilliant and clean. Thank you for your excellent service!

Steam Sweepers do a great job and their communication is excellent. Now I wish the cat would stop peeing on my rug!

I was so happy to find the kind of rug/carpet cleaning service that I needed. They did a great job on a couple of "finds" from a thrift shop.

This is a gem of a business. The people were great to work with, explanations were clear, no hard up selling! THe rugs post cleaning are amazing, and I feel very lucky to have bumped into them. THough pricey, the product entirely worth it!

This was my third experience with Steam Sweepers LLC, and each time I take rugs to them, I bring a few more, and sometimes my family's rugs, too. Mostly, they clean Oriental rugs for me. They know what they are doing, and I have been very satisfied with their services. I make it a point to recommend them to other people!

They were able to work miracles on a hide rug that I cherish. Although, it couldn't be submerged in water, they went above and beyond to meticulously spot clean it to near perfection. Great service and clear communication was appreciated.

I heard good things about Steam Sweepers LLC from my neighbors, so I asked them to come out and clean my carpets for me. They were very nice people, and very knowledgeable about what they were doing! I also found them to be friendly and helpful people!

I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about Steam Sweepers LLC! They are fabulous! Their service people are nice and professional, but that is only the icing on the cake - and that is great icing! But what I really like is their method of cleaning. They use water, and they have a big, flat water bath they keep renewing. And this method cleans better than anything else that I have ever seen. Nothing cleans better than water, and there is no residue or chemical smell left behind! They are the best, and there is no one who does a better job!
