Reviews for Steam Sweepers Rug Cleaning

Excellent! I will use them again.

This is the second time I have used them to clean an oriental rug. This time it had a pet stain, and they were very professional and took care of it. My rug is beautiful, and I thought it was gone forever.

They live up to their advertisements.

They picked up three carpets in our house took them to their facility and cleaned them. They redelivered and reinstalled them, it was great, they do exactly what you want and we had not problems.

Happy to discover Steam Sweepers to clean a silk rug. They helped me answer some questions I had about the rug and suggested steps to stop some fraying. Thank-you.

They were very accommodating with time. They cleaned an area rug for me and it was very clean when I picked it up.

I would absolutely recommend Steam Sweepers. This was my first time using them and the service was very prompt. The serviceman that arrived was cheerful and I watched him load my rug into his vehicle very carefully. He took it away to give it a deep wash and clean and it came back in the terrific color it was when I had first bought it. He also gave me tips on how to take care of my rug after its cleaning.

I initially had to reschedule the appointment and they were very flexible with me. They did a really good job and I would certainly use them again.

We have had Steam Sweepers LLC clean a number of our area rugs. Some are relatively fine antiques, and others are not so much. They have always done a wonderful job. They are on time and a delight to work with.

Great value for the service provided and the rug was ready at the agreed upon time!

Highly Recommend Excellent care of my rug; Excellent customer service & communication; Willingness to take time to discuss my individual rug needs. Thank you!

They did a beautiful job cleaning our silk rugs. They were damaged from cat? urine several years ago., and after 5 years in storage we needed them cleaned by professionals! Steam sweepers walked us through our cleaning options and what to expect based on the damaged spots. We’re very impressed with the results!

This company does such a good job. Easy to schedule and on time! My little rug looks beautiful!

Great job and customer service.

Steam Sweepers cleaned our very unique living room area rug and it looks brand new! The were even able to clean and "restore" the matted down area where my husband's shoes left stains. Will definitely use them again.

This is an excellent business!

The quality of the work was better than expected. The results were better than promised. The price was less than quoted, and the completion date was a week earlier than promised!

I needed a small woven rug that had been hanging in a bathroom to be sanitized and to have odors removed. At the business you can watch the cleaning process in action. In addition, the business wanted me to know beforehand about potential hazards of cleaning such as color drift or warping. In the end, the wool rug was color-fast and no further warping occurred due to washing, however the sanitation process did not remove all of the odors.
