Steam Sweepers LLC has cleaned two carpets for me. One was a rather large, handmade Oriental rug. They did an outstanding job on it! Then, they cleaned a smaller, machine-made rug. I am planning on taking another rug to them in the next few months! They do an outstanding job, and I would recommend them to anyone with fine carpets!

Steam Sweepers LLC cleaned and repaired three Persian rugs for me. They were recommended to me by my regular carpet cleaning company. When I called, the owner of the company was here within an hour and a half. I was impressed with their quick response. The rugs had been in storage for quite a while, and subject to wide variations in temperature. When he came out, he spent a good hour just studying each rug, to see what needed to be done. He told me that we first needed to clean the rugs, and then assess what needed to be done, and an estimate of the cost done. So that is how we proceeded. He was very nice, and I did not feel pressured to do anything. Once the rugs were clean, he had his rug mending person go over them, and he prepared an estimate of what each would cost to repair. I agreed to the work, and within a week, the rugs were back and they looked beautiful! I was very impressed and pleased with the owner's knowledge and professionalism. He showed me what had been done to each rug. He made sure that I understood what had been done, and he explained things in laymen's terms. And, he left the decisions to me!

Excellent service and knowledgeable about care and cleaning of everyday to high-end rugs. Bryan spent time discussing how to store my rugs and explained the cleaning process for my silk and wool rugs. The $20 pickup/delivery charge is well worth it for Anacortes.

I took six area rugs in for cleaning. They were so friendly, helpful and attentive to what was needed for the rugs, especially two area rugs I purchased in Nepal in 1985. I highly recommend them as a trustworthy and competent business that is focused on customer service.

They had door-to-door service, and confidence in taking good care of my rug. They were a family-owned business, and I really appreciated how they returned my phone calls. The results were beyond my wildest dreams! They did a fabulous job, and my rug looked gorgeous! They did everything they said that they would do, and more! I was so pleased, and I would give them 100 Stars if that was possible! They made the rug look brand new! I will not be taking my rugs to anybody but them, and they have made me a customer for life!

Steam Sweepers has been doing my carpets for over 20 years. Michael has been the man for the last several and always does an amazing job. Looks like new even though the carpet is as old as 20 years! Unfortunately I probably won't be using them again as the cost has gone up sooooo much! Even with a long time client discount. Oh well, it was good while it lasted.

Wonderful repair job!

You repaired a hole in one end of our beautiful Persian carpet caused by rodent damage while in storage. It is so well done that if you didn't know where it had been, you could never find it. So thankful!!
