Reviews for Steam Sweepers Rug Cleaning

I have brought my rugs to steam sweepers over the years and have always been satisfied. If they don't think an odor (cat urine) would be able to removed from a certain type of rug they tell you. I appreciate their honesty. I'll continue to be a satisfied customer.

Very attentive to what they were doing!

Steam Sweepers LLC did an excellent job for me, and they were very attentive to what they were doing.

They Went Above & Beyond!

This was my first experience in using Steam Sweepers LLC, and I felt they went out of their way to help me. They went above and beyond to answer any questions I had, and they did an excellent job. This was my first time using Steam Sweepers, and I would use them again.

Nearby, convenient, and they do a good job! And, their rates are very reasonable!

Steam Sweepers LLC did a great job for us! They picked up our Oriental carpets, including one that was difficult. Then they cleaned them and brought them back to us. They did a thorough cleaning, and they told us the price in advance. And, they delivered them back when they said they would. We have used Steam Sweepers LLC twice now, and they are very easy to work with!

By Far The Best Customer Service

Steam Sweepers were absolutely outstanding! I called five other carpet cleaning companies on a Saturday with no good results until I reached Steam Sweepers. They let us bring a huge carpet out to them on that same Saturday when no one else would. They waited for us, opened the gate and unloaded it. They were so nice. The rug turned out fabulous! Terrific customer service by far!

Steam Sweepers is a great business with a great team! They care and they have wonderful customer service. They have sunny attitudes! We are repeat customers and the experience is always the same--fantastic. So bring those rugs by and you will be in a win/win transaction. It feels good to support businesses like these. You feel like your hard earned dollars are finding a good home and our homes are better for their good work.

I brought in a very dirty small rug that I inherited and they cleaned it completely. It feels safe to have it in my house now.

Service was top notch

Steam Sweepers staff was informative, professional, and helpful. We really appreciated the knowledge about Persian rugs and how best to care for them.

Quality work!

Always accommodating and friendly.!

My first experience with Steam Sweepers LLC., has really been a good one. They picked up my rug, which was at a relative's house 30 miles from me. They took it to their shop and cleaned it and then delivered it to my house. The delivery man carried it into the house and placed it in the area that I wanted. He did not unroll it, as I wanted to do that myself. He was very nice and friendly. The rug turned out wonderful! I am so happy with this experience that I would use them again.

I was thrilled

I was thrilled when I got my rug back it is beautiful. I had forgotten about the slight blue shading that runs through it. It looks brand new again.

Best of the Best

Steam Sweepers have cleaned my area rugs for years. The friendliest and best service is what they do. I Have never, ever had a problem!

This is a business specifically focused on cleaning oriental and other fine rugs. They wash them in a large pan and then hang them to dry. In my relatively uninformed opinion I think this is the way wool or silk carpets should be cleaned. It's not cheap, but the results are excellent and I believe contribute to the life of the rug.

Old Carpet Looks Like New Carpet!

Steam Sweepers LLC did an excellent job on my carpet. I was surprised at how nice it looks. I bought an old condo, and the carpet did not look good. Steam Sweepers came and cleaned the carpet, and I am amazed. I don't think it could possibly look any better. They really shocked me with how clean they got this old carpet. I'm keeping it because it looks like a new carpet since they finished. If you want a really, really clean carpet you should use Steam Sweepers LLC.

Excellent Work

Steam Sweepers LLC is pleasant, professional, and competent. I used them twice now to clean an old rug of mine, and I found them to be helpful, informative, and careful. They do their work in a timely manner, they are reasonably priced, and they always do an excellent job. I would absolutely use their services again. I like the work they do.

Our area rug looks brand new, we're so happy with how it turned out! We have 2 dogs and a cat, so we were curious about how well it would be cleaned up, but we couldn't be happier. Thank you guys for your great work!
