It was very easy to drop off my area rug for cleaning and pick it up a week later right when they said it would be ready. They did a great job! Very experienced, knowledgeable, helpful, and conscientious for Covid safety, I definitely recommend Steam Sweepers and will be using their services again when I next need to.

excellent experience So happy to have found this place. Great job cleaning rugs and price felt fair. I plan to get larger rugs in the near future, so it's a comfort to know of a good place I can take rugs for cleaning. He's very knowledgeable about rugs and even recommended a place I could take my rug to get it repaired. Will definitely be coming here and sending people here. I will highly recommend for quality and professionalism I was given a reasonable estimate for service of 3 rugs that I dropped off to be cleaned. i was given an explanation on how they would be cleaned and a time frame to be cleaned. I was able to pick them up within that time frame and was very pleased on how my carpets came out. They looked brand new!

Great service! Steam Sweepers picked up my very large and very heavy wool rug that hadn't been cleaned in about ten years and delivered it back to me looking as good as new. Social distancing was observed as well. Very happy with the results!

They mended the fringe edge of our carpet and gave it a moth treatment.
