Reviews for Steam Sweepers Rug Cleaning

My rugs had not been cleaned in several years and they are fresh smelling and bright. The estimate over the phone was close to the actual price and delivery and pick up were easy. A friendly knowledgeable staff made me feel quite comfortable leaving my antique oriental rugs to be cleaned.

Informed me of their schedules and stuck to it!

These guys were extremely friendly, and very helpful! They cleaned dog pee out of my vintage Moroccan rug and it came back perfectly!

I picked Steam Sweepers primarily based on reviews from prior customers, and was not disappointed. The staff is knowledgeable and experienced, took the time to explain how their cleaning process works, and gave me some great tips on selecting and caring for area rugs. I'll definitely use Steam Sweepers services again.

Love my clean rugs

Art is a professional. He was so kind when explaining how he would clean our area rug that is hand loomed viscose. He also took the time to explain what is a better option when looking for quality woven rugs. We will definitely recommend Steam Sweepers to folks who want to have their rugs professionally cleaned.

Excellent Carpet Cleaning

We have always used Steam Sweepers! They are the best and clean to the highest standard. Our basement flooded and every carpet got soaked. I immediately called Steam Sweepers and they came within an hour or two. They picked up all rugs- dried, cleaned, and dried...

Outstanding Service

Every aspect of my experience was great. I really appreciated the knowledgeable treatment of my Persian rugs and the good advice provided.

Nothing but good things to say! Professional! Courteous! Prompt!

Five stars all the way for Steam Sweepers LLC. I absolutely recommend them. Our carpets were cleaned beautifully. The people are very professional. I've used Steam Sweepers before and have always been pleased. I dropped my carpets off, and they were done when promised. Steam Sweepers LLC provides professional, courteous, and prompt service.

Steam Sweepers are the best!

I've used Art and the rest of the crew Steam Sweepers for over 25 years, to clean the carpets at our home and office, and also to clean our fine Oriental rugs. They show up when they say they will, do a great job and charge a fair price. I highly recommend them.

It was very easy to drop off my area rug for cleaning and pick it up a week later right when they said it would be ready. They did a great job! Very experienced, knowledgeable, helpful, and conscientious for Covid safety, I definitely recommend Steam Sweepers and will be using their services again when I next need to.

excellent experience

So happy to have found this place. Great job cleaning rugs and price felt fair. I plan to get larger rugs in the near future, so it's a comfort to know of a good place I can take rugs for cleaning. He's very knowledgeable about rugs and even recommended a place I could take my rug to get it repaired. Will definitely be coming here and sending people here. Hopefully he will stick around for a long time.

Excellent. Art/owner knew his rugs, personable, easy to talk to and gave honest feedback on rugs condition and type of service to be done. This is my 3rd time using Steam Sweepers and very pleased with cost, cleaning and professionalism!!

These guys are terrific, and did a nice job cleaning some area rugs on short notice. It's a big plus that they are in Bellingham, so we don't have to make the trek to Seattle.
