Reviews for Steam Sweepers Rug Cleaning

Prompt service; reasonable price; and excellent cleaning!

Fantastic service.

Very happy with how great my old 4' x 8' Oriental rug turned out. The colors are now vibrantly beautiful again and it feels so cushy under bare feet. Plus, the two gentlemen who helped me were both friendly and professional. I really like Steam Sweepers and don't see any reason to take my rugs anywhere else.

It is so nice to work with people who are so friendly, clearly love their work and who are experts in the care and maintenance of fine rugs. Highly recommend!

Excellent service!

The hours and days to pick up or drop off aren’t ideal but the finished product and customer service are spectacular.

Steam Sweepers staff are friendly and helpful and they take excellent care of our rugs. One rug in particular is of great sentimental value to our family and they take excellent care of it and we love how it looks when we get it back. We have used Steam Sweepers a few times now and highly recommend them!

They know their stuff about care and cleaning of any kind of rug. They are very professional and pleasant to work with. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Steam Sweepers is the BEST! My rug came back pristine and their customer service is top notch. Super grateful and will be back!

I took three rugs to be cleaned here. One was an unusual nylon backed rug. They treated them and me with great care. The prices were comparable. The only place I'll go in the future. This post was a couple of years ago now. And I went back. Once again, amazing service.. thanks guys

Excellent results and timely service.

Excellent results and timely service.

Had THE BEST experience with Steam Sweepers. I worked with Bryan who came out to my house to look at my rug before making any decisions. It was in very rough shape between my dog and two young kids- also, who knew that just plain old water can turn a synthetic rug brown?!
Anyways, I decided to give it a go and I’m so glad I did! They returned my rug in just a few short days and I was floored- honestly, my rug looks practically brand new. Bryan was amazing to work with- kind and professional. He recommended getting area rugs cleaned every 1-3 years depending on how heavily trafficked the rug is. If your rugs are looking a little dingy- call Steam Sweepers. You won’t be disappointed!

My Turkish silk rug had a large area impacted by a pet accident. Bryan and his team cleaned it to look new again. Not one trace of the pet accident remained. I highly recommend their services for any project needed .

Good people. Thankful they are there👍🏻👍🏻

I own Airbnbs and furnished rentals, and have a lot of rugs with high traffic use. I have used steam sweepers for a minimum of 10 rugs, all different types from shaggy Moroccan to stained silky Orientals- different sizes- 10x8 to small entryway runners. I am always 100% impressed with customer service, and the finished product of a clean, stain free rug. I have no notes. HIGHLY recommend!

Steam sweepers did an amazing job with our rug.

Excellent care taken to clean my vintage Persian rug! Such excellent, friendly service!

My father was in the US Foreign Service growing up specializing in the Middle East. We lived in Syria and Pakistan for many years. Among the treasures we brought back home North of Seattle were several hand made Persian carpets and prayer rugs. For many years we’ve looked for specialist cleaners who knew how to carefully clean these masterpieces - but most carpet cleaners were oblivious. I’d rather not risk trying to clean these rugs with regular carpet cleaners, so for years my rugs went without cleaning. The other day on a whim I searched google for an option up in the Mount Vernon to Bellingham area. Steam Sweepers caught my eye and I called them to see if they knew about Persian carpets. I spoke to Bryan who left me convinced I had finally found a solution. They picked up the rugs, and after expertly cleaning, they delivered them back. These 100 year old rugs look like new. I’m so impressed with this company and their expert specialty skill set. As well they were friendly, prompt, and professional. To any State Department or Foreign service families in the Seattle area north - THIS is the company to call for your Persian carpet cleaning needs.

We had never cleaned our Persian rugs. We were amazed how the colors and designs popped once they had been clean. Bryan explained the process which helped me appreciate the professional care and expertise Steam Sweepers provides. I found them a few years ago when my daughter asked me to help her bring in a large Persian carpet that her cat had peed on. They were able to take out the odor and restore the rug to its original beauty. If you are looking for a trustworthy place to bring your rugs, Steam Sweepers is the place to bring it!

My silk rug is so refreshed and smells so good , as in no cat pee orders at all. This is a great group and trusting my silk rug with them was a winner. All of my rugs will go to them in the future.
