Had THE BEST experience with Steam Sweepers. I worked with Bryan who came out to my house to look at my rug before making any decisions. It was in very rough shape between my dog and two young kids- also, who knew that just plain old water can turn a synthetic rug brown?! Anyways, I decided to give it a go and I’m so glad I did! They returned my rug in just a few short days and I was floored- honestly, my rug looks practically brand new. Bryan was amazing to work with- kind and professional. He recommended getting area rugs cleaned every 1-3 years depending on how heavily trafficked the rug is. If your rugs are looking a little dingy- call Steam Sweepers. You won’t be disappointed!

My Turkish silk rug had a large area impacted by a pet accident. Bryan and his team cleaned it to look new again. Not one trace of the pet accident remained. I highly recommend their services for any project needed .

I own Airbnbs and furnished rentals, and have a lot of rugs with high traffic use. I have used steam sweepers for a minimum of 10 rugs, all different types from shaggy Moroccan to stained silky Orientals- different sizes- 10x8 to small entryway runners. I am always 100% impressed with customer service, and the finished product of a clean, stain free rug. I have no notes. HIGHLY recommend!

My father was in the US Foreign Service growing up specializing in the Middle East. We lived in Syria and Pakistan for many years. Among the treasures we brought back home North of Seattle were several hand made Persian carpets and prayer rugs. For many years we’ve looked for specialist cleaners who knew how to carefully clean these masterpieces - but most carpet cleaners were oblivious. I’d rather not risk trying to clean these rugs with regular carpet cleaners, so for years my rugs went without cleaning. The other day on a whim I searched google for an option up in the Mount Vernon to Bellingham area. Steam Sweepers caught my eye and I called them to see if they knew about Persian carpets. I spoke to Bryan who left me convinced I had finally found a solution. They picked up the rugs, and after expertly cleaning, they delivered them back. These 100 year old rugs look like new. I’m so impressed with this company and their expert specialty skill set. As well they were friendly, prompt, and professional. To any State Department or Foreign service families in the Seattle area north - THIS is the company to call for your Persian carpet cleaning needs.

We had never cleaned our Persian rugs. We were amazed how the colors and designs popped once they had been clean. Bryan explained the process which helped me appreciate the professional care and expertise Steam Sweepers provides. I found them a few years ago when my daughter asked me to help her bring in a large Persian carpet that her cat had peed on. They were able to take out the odor and restore the rug to its original beauty. If you are looking for a trustworthy place to bring your rugs, Steam Sweepers is the place to bring it!

Doug B. ensured that we were completely satisfied and is a total professional. He knows exactly what to do to address problems. The office staff and Meadow is extremely professional as well and listens carefully to understand problems. She helps create a schedule that works. They are top notch!!
