I am so glad I found this place! The bottom line is….MY RUGS LOOK AMAZING! Plus their customer service was impeccable and they pick up and deliver right to your doorstep.

Steam Seeepers were very very thorough. Took a big filthy (post water disaster, reconstruction, 2 year nightmare in our house) wall to wall carpet , nailed down throughout a third of our house , and made it look NEW. It is a light color of taupe, was only 2 years old when the disaster happened. With Steam Sweepers we brought our final cleaning task of a 2 year horrible dirty water disaster project to a sparkling Fantastic close. Plus they don’t use any rough on the environment chemicals, were remarkably quick about the whole project. Unlike many other contract services in the county, Steam Sweepers were very reasonable in their charges. Friendly, respectful, clear communicators, generally nice to work with. I had the to boss doing the job at my house. I definitely will be requesting their services in the future.

They did an excellent cleaning on my rug. Cat urine stains and smell removed and rug looks like new. Expensive but worth it on my heirloom rug. Customer service was great.

Very good work on a difficult pet stained rug. Unable to get all stains out but much better, also they picked up and delivered this VERY heavy rug back to our upstairs room.

I was very pleased with Steam Sweepers. They took my rug and got rid of the stains. The estimate was very close to the price I paid. They presented me with what I could expect to see afterwards and that the rug which had a kind of tea dye might be lighter in some places with cleaning. No surprises. They were extremely pleasant to work with too.

Impeccable workmanship, and down-to-earth friendly service. I had three large area rugs cleaned by the ingenious water bath process and I don't know how I could possibly be more satisfied. The rugs are dark in color so I never really knew how dirty they were until I had them cleaned. It's like having brand new rugs! I would hands-down recommend Steam Sweepers to anyone who not only has rugs to be cleaned, but who also values the importance of integrity, honesty, and a truly professional attitude from start to finish.

They are always wonderful to work with, I love that they have a pickup and drop off service. My area rugs are always cared for and look fantastic when I get them back.

Steam Sweepers saved the day when a water pipe leaked in the basement and got my rugs, soaking wet! They came over immediately, removed the wet carpets, and took them to their shop to clean and dry both carpets and mats out. It was just the service I needed to get the rest of the cleanup started! I highly recommend them!

Amazing job with my grandma’s wool rug.. it was in very rough shape when I brought it in (over 60 years old) and Steam Sweepers got the stains and smell out without damaging the delicate fabric and fringe.. thank you so much!!
