My rug looks brand new I bought this rug about 40 years ago In Phoenix, Az. This is the second time steam sweepers cleaned it. It is large, so they pick it up and deliver it when it is finished. They are friendly, professional, and I don’t worry because I know it is in good hands. I highly recommend them.

We have had Steam Sweepers LLC clean a number of our area rugs. Some are relatively fine antiques, and others are not so much. They have always done a wonderful job. They are on time and a delight to work with.

They did a beautiful job cleaning our silk rugs. They were damaged from cat? urine several years ago., and after 5 years in storage we needed them cleaned by professionals! Steam sweepers walked us through our cleaning options and what to expect based on the damaged spots. We’re very impressed with the results!

Comment: Transparent I needed a small woven rug that had been hanging in a bathroom to be sanitized and to have odors removed. At the business you can watch the cleaning process in action. In addition, the business wanted me to know beforehand about potential hazards of cleaning such as color drift or warping. In the end, the wool rug was color-fast and no further warping occurred due to washing, however the sanitation process did not remove all of the odors.

My experience was delightful and efficient! It was worth it for them to have a reasonable fee to pick it up and bring it back. I used to have to take my rugs near the Ballard Bridge to get them dry-cleaned, which is a long way from Anacortes. Positive: Professionalism I showed up with a rug I essentially destroyed myself. They very nicely told me I messed up and told me the risks of trying to get it cleaned. They did a wonderful job cleaning it up and being as careful as they could be. I appreciated the honesty and responsiveness.
