I took 3 wool rugs and 1 silk rug to Steam Sweepers for a good cleaning. They were very knowledgeable about the materials and how best to clean each one. I highly recommend their services. The cost to clean all 4 rugs was less than buying one cheap washable rug.

Everything was explained to me as I know nothing about rug fibers. Was told it would be hard to get the stain out but that they would do the best they could. The time frame was just as they had predicted. I am happy with the results as the stain was much lighter so nobody but me will be able to spot it. Bryan and his co-worker are very easy to talk to and kind. The price was very reasonable.

Very pleased customer I would absolutely recommend Steam Sweepers. This was my first time using them and the service was very prompt. The serviceman that arrived was cheerful and I watched him load my rug into his vehicle very carefully. He took it away to give it a deep wash and clean and it came back in the terrific color it was when I had first bought it. He also gave me tips on how to take care of my rug after its cleaning. I initially had to reschedule the appointment and they were very flexible with me. They did a really good job and I would certainly use them again.

Great company! Excellent cleaning of my handmade rug!

We have had our wool rugs cleaned by Steam Sweepers several times and we're always happy with the excellent results. We especially like the way they prepared our rugs to be stored for over a year. We highly recommend them.

Steam Sweepers did a wonderful job cleaning and moth treating my handmade rugs. Bryan got red oil paint out of a white background on one rug. I didn't think it was possible.

They were very professional and on time They were very polite when I delivered my area rugs and gave me all the information I needed to decide what to do. They were on time with when the cleaning would be done and also coordinated the repairs that needed to be done. Their price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anybody who needed area rugs cleaned.
