Adam was amazing. He came to our house and asked several questions about how the rugs had been used. He gave us a detailed description of one rug we are hoping to sell. He quoted us 2 weeks for the turnaround, but he brought them back cleaned in about a week and a half. He took photos for us of the rug we are hoping to sell and he rolled it around a tube and wrapped it in plastic to prepare it for shipping. Would highly recommend Steam Sweepers. Excellent service! I have always been very happy with the clean rugs that are returned. Our 2 dogs add a layer of grime and hair over time, and then there is the occasional red wine spill or other stain-making stuff... These folks are great!

Excellent job! What a fantastic job on 4 different rugs! We weren’t able to immediately place our rugs down due to wood floors being installed and resealed in a different area. They were wrapped in T vac paper and upon opening them yesterday and placing them down we were beyond thrilled to see how great they looked. Looked brand new! Highly recommend!! I took three rugs to be cleaned here. One was an unusual nylon backed rug. They treated them and me with great care. The prices were comparable. The only place I'll go in the future.
