I will highly recommend for quality and professionalism

I was given a reasonable estimate for service of 3 rugs that I dropped off to be cleaned. i was given an explanation on how they would be cleaned and a time frame to be cleaned. I was able to pick them up within that time frame and was very pleased on how my carpets came out. They looked brand new!

Revived a treasured rug

They brought new life to the extremely neglected rug I inherited from my parents. When I took it in, it was dingy and dull. When I picked it up, all the colors were vibrant and beautiful!

Great service! Steam Sweepers picked up my very large and very heavy wool rug that hadn't been cleaned in about ten years and delivered it back to me looking as good as new. Social distancing was observed as well. Very happy with the results!

They mended the fringe edge of our carpet and gave it a moth treatment.

Timely professional service.

Adam was amazing. He came to our house and asked several questions about how the rugs had been used. He gave us a detailed description of one rug we are hoping to sell. He quoted us 2 weeks for the turnaround, but he brought them back cleaned in about a week and a half. He took photos for us of the rug we are hoping to sell and he rolled it around a tube and wrapped it in plastic to prepare it for shipping. Would highly recommend Steam Sweepers. Thanks for the great service.

Answered the phone on the first ring when I called and sent someone out the same day for an estimate to clean all of the carpets in my home. Both the estimator and carpet tech were exactly on time, friendly and professional and did the job as promised.
