Adam cleaned several area rugs and upholstered loveseats and chairs for my furnished rental property. Everything came back spotless. You would never know the previous tenants had pets! He picked up and returned the items so that was an added convenience. Steam Sweepers has also cleaned my heirloom rugs and tapestries with fantastic results! I highly recommend Steam Sweepers!

Very happy with the service This was my first time using Steam Sweepers LLC. I had two carpets made in Afghanistan. And they cleaned them for me. They are looking great! I am very happy with how they turned out. I will continue to use their service because they are quick, and they know what they are doing. I will need them again because I am currently in Morocco buying more carpets! Making the appointment was easy. Plus they are easy to work with. And they are not only professional, but they are also polite and courteous as well. I have no idea if their rates are good because I did not compare them to anyone else. I would hesitate on recommending Steam Sweepers LLC because my impressions might be different than someone else's.

They Were Good Steam Sweepers LLC has always done a good job for me. This was not my first time using them. I continue using them because they work fast and their pricing is reasonable. I had them come out recently to clean one room for me and the carpeting turned out good. The worker was on time and friendly. He was respectful of my home and he did a good job with the carpeting. The technician was very helpful and professional! This was my first time trying out Steam Sweepers LLC and everything worked out just great! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The technician came out to my home to work on a serious stain on the carpet. He was very personable and professional. Thanks to the technician's skill the stain is completely gone! The rug looks fine now. The tech was no helpful. I would definitely use them again in the future when I have the need.

Extremely satisfied This company is great! I have some expensive area rugs that my husband and I have collected over 30 years. One was hung above a fireplace as an artwork and the bottom fringe became discolored from the smoke. When I collected it, the rug was totally clean, shining, like new...beautiful! And Mike Azevedo took 15-20 minutes to explain to me how to care for precious rugs. Things I had never heard before. I highly recommend this company and I am delighted at the result they achieved with my rug.

Steam Sweepers LLC cleaned five rugs for me and did a fantastic job! My rugs look better than when I purchased them. Four of my rugs are vintage wool and the colors came out clean and crisp. I am very pleased that none of the colors faded or ran. They really know what they are doing. I will recommend them to everyone who comments on my rugs. They are brighter than they were before and so soft. They use a chemical process that does not include optical cleaners and that was very important to me. They do full immersion rug cleaning and that is hard to find. Their website was very informative about the process they use and they were so easy to find. I looked at other companies online, but I chose Steam Sweepers LLC because the website was so detailed and when I called they took time to explain their cleaning process to me. They were extremely professional and prompt. The pickup and delivery were right on time.

Outstanding Job! Steam Sweepers LLC. really does great work. I had them do the cleaning for my oriental rugs and carpets. I have had these items for a very, very long time and spent a great deal of money on them. I had tried other service with other companies and was not satisfied with their work. I was very happy to get them back from Steam Sweepers. I could not believe that they were able to get them looking like the day I bought them! Was thrilled how wonderful the two white area carpets turned out. They are Miracle Workers. If you need your carpets cleaned, do NOT go to anyone else. These guys are so wonderful.
