Reviews for Steam Sweepers Rug Cleaning

Great job!

So glad there is a quality rug cleaner for quality Persian rugs in Bellingham. No need to travel to Seattle for special care. Thanks to Steam Sweepers, LLC.

Top Notch!

You can trust your fine wool rugs to Steam Sweepers, they are the best! They are experienced and so knowledgeable, and give first class service. I wouldn't use anyone else.

They have been awesome to deal with and have got the animal urine smell out twice now!

Perfect, as always!

Friendly and did what was promised

Everyone is so personable and professional!

Steam Sweepers LLC has done work for me numerous times. This last time I had their technicians come out to pick up a couple of area rugs at my home. They cleaned them at their facility and returned them back to me. The company's turnaround time is one week which seems reasonable. I heard that they are a little bit higher priced than other companies, but I feel for the quality of work you receive from them that they offer fair pricing. Besides, I really enjoy interacting with them. They are all very nice people at Steam Sweepers LLC. I highly recommend them as their technicians are very professional and so personable. That is why I keep going back to them and would not even think to call any other company but them.

Summary says it all!

• How would you rate the phone rep that took your initial call?
• Were we able to schedule your rug pickup and deliver at a convenient time?
• How would you rate the appearance of our service technician(s)?
• How would you rate your overall experience with Steam Sweepers Rug Cleaning?

Comment: Old Fashioned Customer Service and Quality work!

Steam Sweepers LLC cleaned five rugs for me and did a fantastic job! My rugs look better than when I purchased them. Four of my rugs are vintage wool and the colors came out clean and crisp. I am very pleased that none of the colors faded or ran. They really know what they are doing. I will recommend them to everyone who comments on my rugs. They are brighter than they were before and so soft. They use a chemical process that does not include optical cleaners and that was very important to me. They do full immersion rug cleaning and that is hard to find. Their website was very informative about the process they use and they were so easy to find. I looked at other companies online, but I chose Steam Sweepers LLC because the website was so detailed and when I called they took time to explain their cleaning process to me. They were extremely professional and prompt. The pickup and delivery were right on time.

We have a household of people who are sensitive to smell, Steam Sweepers used a wonderful citrus essential oil instead of the soapy smell. It was a great change. They also got a huge stain out that other professional cleaners told us was set and wouldn't come out. We are very pleased with this service. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I had an issue with an area carpet that needed to be cleaned. We rang them and they quickly stopped by and picked up the rug and within a week, our rug was returned clean as a whistle. They were very friendly and offered some good advise regarding storing of rugs. I will defintiely use them again!

They did a beautiful job on older rugs. Colors are so much brighter. Kept to their schedule and I had my rugs back in a week

As always, a great job. Professional and courteous staff.

We send our rugs to Steam Sweepers about every 3 years and they always take care to clean and care for the rugs. they clean and groom them carefully.. super service and delivery

I would recommend Steam Sweepers to any one. They not only do a great job on your rug, but are easy to work. I will use them again. Thanks.

Best Antique Hans Knotted Rug Cleaner

Steam Sweepers have done an incredible job cleaning our antique rugs. They provide a professional, personalized service, and I highly recommend them!

Adam cleaned several area rugs and upholstered loveseats and chairs for my furnished rental property. Everything came back spotless. You would never know the previous tenants had pets! He picked up and returned the items so that was an added convenience. Steam Sweepers has also cleaned my heirloom rugs and tapestries with fantastic results! I highly recommend Steam Sweepers!

Excellent quality work.

I will be bringing more items for cleaning.

Highly Recommend

Art and his crew have always done excellent work when cleaning our carpets or Oriental carpets. He’s the only one to go to,

The hands down best quality rug cleaners

A pleasure to work with

Very happy with the service

This was my first time using Steam Sweepers LLC. I had two carpets made in Afghanistan. And they cleaned them for me. They are looking great! I am very happy with how they turned out. I will continue to use their service because they are quick, and they know what they are doing. I will need them again because I am currently in Morocco buying more carpets! Making the appointment was easy. Plus they are easy to work with. And they are not only professional, but they are also polite and courteous as well. I have no idea if their rates are good because I did not compare them to anyone else. I would hesitate on recommending Steam Sweepers LLC because my impressions might be different than someone else's.

I always use these guys.

I actually didn’t see the finished job, But they have always done a great job for me. I really appreciate Art navigating my tenants schedules and their issues to get the job done in a timely manner.
