Good folks Faced with a cat pee "ruined" carpet, the only half decent area rug we own, I called in desperation to see about professional cleaning. I looked over the website and saw how much work is involved. A lot. The carpet was a gift, hand me down, so we had no idea of its value. My wife drove it to their shop so they could appraise it, which they did, and it was worth fixing if we could. A week later the carpet is clean and odor free, we feel, for a very reasonable price. My wife commented that she dealt with very nice and helpful people at the shop, typical Bellinghamsters, so we'll give a big thumbs up to the operation and wish them well.

Professional, Quick and Thorough! Steam Sweepers did a nice job for me and I would definitely recommend them. The quality of the work they did was very satisfactory. I gave them a stained rug and they returned a clean one. They know their business and knew exactly how to remove the urine stains that my cat had deposited on the rug. So it comes down to the fact that they know their industry and their product, and they were able to handle my problem. They also did it professionally, quickly and thoroughly.

I would highly recommend Steam Sweepers to clean your rugs. We hadn't cleaned our rugs for quite awhile so I was worried that the stains would not come out when cleaned, particularly by the entrance to our house. It looked like a new rug when they finished. i needed my rugs cleaned by a certain date and the owner tentavily scheduled me in even though we hadn't yet agreed to his estimate. When they finished they left a couple of commercial blowers to help the rugs dry and within 24 hours they were dry and looking great. The two workers were friendly and efficient and the pricing was very reasonable. My only criticism would be that there was no discussion of scotch guarding the rugs at estimate but the workers suggested it and that added almost $100 to the cost.

Did great work on the high traffic areas in our church activities hall. The carpeting was sorely in need of attention (hadn't had a professional cleaning for four years). Very pleased with Mike's professional work, and our yoga class participants are so VERY grateful!

They have excellent skills and a professional approach. They care about what they're doing. If a rug isn't done satisfactorily, they'll come back and clean it more thoroughly. No one is as good as Steam Sweepers. In addition to being the best in their field, they are prompt, neat, cheerful and friendly people. Art Thomas is a dedicated owner. I will hire them again.
