Excellent service and knowledgeable about care and cleaning of everyday to high-end rugs. Brian spent time discussing how to store my rugs and explained the cleaning process for my silk and wool rugs. The $20 pickup/delivery charge is well worth it for Anacortes.

Did a thorough job of cleaning our 2 large wool rugs at their facility and delivered them back to us in their van. Very convenient.

Steam Sweepers LLC washed two rugs for me, and they sent one off for repair. They did a good job on the repair! It was a stretch of time before I went back to pick the rug up, but they remembered my name! That was a very nice personal touch! And, impressive!

Steam Sweepers has been doing my carpets for over 20 years. Michael has been the man for the last several and always does an amazing job. Looks like new even though the carpet is as old as 20 years! Unfortunately I probably won't be using them again as the cost has gone up sooooo much! Even with a long time client discount. Oh well, it was good while it lasted.

I brought in some area rugs and the staff welcomed me, help me unload. Then they explained the process and gave me an estimate of time and cost. They were quicker that excepted and the cost was right in line with the estimate. The rugs came out beautifully and I am very happy. I highly recommend their services.

I had a large area rug that had been given to me by a relative. It was old, and it had not been cleaned for quite some time. I wanted a carpet cleaning company that used the cold water immersion cleaning method, and I got on the internet to find one. The only company that used that method was Steam Sweepers LLC. I called them, and they picked the rug up. They brought it back when they finished, and they did a great job! It came out much better than I expected! They were very professional and efficient people!

Steam Sweepers LLC cleaned and repaired three Persian rugs for me. They were recommended to me by my regular carpet cleaning company. When I called, the owner of the company was here within an hour and a half. I was impressed with their quick response. The rugs had been in storage for quite a while, and subject to wide variations in temperature. When he came out, he spent a good hour just studying each rug, to see what needed to be done. He told me that we first needed to clean the rugs, and then assess what needed to be done, and an estimate of the cost done. So that is how we proceeded. He was very nice, and I did not feel pressured to do anything. Once the rugs were clean, he had his rug mending person go over them, and he prepared an estimate of what each would cost to repair. I agreed to the work, and within a week, the rugs were back and they looked beautiful! I was very impressed and pleased with the owner's knowledge and professionalism. He showed me what had been done to each rug. He made sure that I understood what had been done, and he explained things in laymen's terms. And, he left the decisions to me!

Very good, quick service

I took six area rugs in for cleaning. They were so friendly, helpful and attentive to what was needed for the rugs, especially two area rugs I purchased in Nepal in 1985. I highly recommend them as a trustworthy and competent business that is focused on customer service.
