My mother's hand knotted antique carpets had gotten moths, and Bryan did an extremely kind and sensitive job of helping me figure out which ones could be kept. He was so patient while I worked through some feelings. (Mom is deceased.) The rugs he cleaned came out beautifully, and will be safe from moths in the future. They will not put my own carpets and wool clothing at risk either. We are repeat customers. We are so lucky in Bellingham to have them here!

Coffee with cream on my beautiful wool area rug. Tried to remove it multiple times only to cause more damage. Dropped my rug off, Bryan explained the process and shared that my attempts to remove the stain may have damaged the backing.

Steam Sweepers LLC does a good job of cleaning the rugs. Our only problem occurred with the last order. We had discontinued our landline but it hadn't been updated on the work order. When they called they left a message on the wrong phone and I didn't get the message.
